Our experience with office staff, Leah, salesman,Jon, inspector, Miguel was good. The workmanship on the roof was very good. However, the clean-up and the crew were terrible!! They left over 51 nails, all sizes, pieces of shingles,felt,cellophane, & numerous other things, including their metal bottle caps from their lunch in & around our driveway. I have pictures of all of these things! I turned the items in with the inspector who said he would turn them over to his boss. I have NEVER gotten so much as an I"m sorry from their office!! These items could've caused damage to our tires or lawnmower. We had to pick all this up.We are 78 yrs. old & did not think we would have to do their job for them. With the cost for the roof, they should've done ALL their work. We felt if they couldn't do it right the 1st time, they wouldn't have the 2nd, plus we had, hopefully, picked up the majority of it! I had discussed this with the salesman from the beginning. I referred them to my sister before all of this occured, & she used LSR, too. They aren't thru with her's yet, so I hope they do better for her. Not sure if I will recommend LSR again.

My experiences with the estimator and inspector were very positive. They were very professional and competent. The work was completed on-time.

Working with Lon Smith Roofing to replace my roof was a great experience. They were prompt on getting to work on my roof. They were also very helpful and assisted me navigating through the entire process (insurance, etc.) My roof looks great and we are very satisfied with their work.

We recently had our roof replaced by Lon Smith Roofing since my husband had previous experience with using them. It was definitely a good choice. Our salesperson was knowledgable and provided all our options. There was a delay getting our roof done due to rain and they went the extra mile to come and tarp an area that was leaking to prevent further damage on the inside of our home. The roof replacement was done expertly and they cleaned up as if they had never been there. Lon Smith's also helped provide a repairman to deal with the leak damage inside. All in all it turned out to be a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking.

Very pleased! Great customer service and the process was fairly easy from beginning to end. Everyone we have had contact with from the Estimator, Roofing crew and Inspector all were friendly and professional. Our roof was completed in one day and everything was nicely cleaned afterwards. Would definitely recommend to friends, family and neighbors.

I am very impressed by Lon Smith Roofing. Everyone was polite, hardworking and provided great customer service. Charles L, the salesman, was very responsive. Any time I called or emailed with a question he would answer immediately. The work crew was polite and hardworking. They started early and worked to finish in one day. The cleanup crew did a great job cleaning. I have not found any nails. The crew supervisor, Rolando, check everything and went over a 20 point checklist. I would highly recommend this company

I contracted with Lon Smith Roofing & Construction to replace my composite shingle roof that had been damaged by hail. I contacted a total of four (4) roofers and each conducted an inspection and provided a proposal to perform the work. I selected Lon Smith Roofing for the job for the following reasons:

• The professionalism, knowledge and dedication of the Sales Representative. While the other sales representatives seemed to be doing the sales job as a side job, the Lon Smith Sales Representative was specifically dedicated to Lon Smith and represented them very well.
• The longevity of the roofing crews with Lon Smith that would be available to my job.
• Lon Smith’s status with BBB and as certified roofing system installer for CertainTeed shingles.
• No cash requirement up front, willing to take payment at end of job.
• Assignment of an inspector to oversee the job.

Lon Smith performed the job exceptionally well and did everything they said they would.

I had Lon Smith Roofing do our roof 20+ years ago and they did a great job. So, I was not hesitant in calling them again. Mr. Alan Kinnaird was very thorough in explaining what the job would entail. The workers were there early than plan and they worked methodically in getting the roof done in one day. The following day, Marcial Gonzalez, the inspector involved me in double checking the work and making sure the area was cleaned. Highly recommended to do your roofing needs.

Our 14 year old roof was damaged in a recent hail storm. We selected Lon Smith Roofing based on referrals from our neighbors. From the first contact by Chuck Clary to the final inspection by Ben Trevino, service was exemplary.

Everything happened right on the schedule we were given. The new roofing materials were dropped in our driveway the day before work started. The workers showed up first thing the next morning, and finished tearing off the old roof, putting down a new membrane, and installing the new shingles in just one day. LSR even arranged to have our rain gutters installed two weeks after the roof was completed, giving us a chance to paint the facia before the new gutters went on.

Chuck redesigned our attic ventilation by adding ridge vents, removing 14 old air hawks, and replacing them with three vents at the peak of the roof. The result is a significantly improved air flow through the attic.

Cleanup included rolling the yard with magnetic rollers to pick up any stray nails. All trash was hauled away when the work was completed, and the neighbors yards were inspected for any trash that may have blown into them during construction.

The final 14-point inspection included checking in the attic to make sure the vents to the furnaces and chimney weren’t knocked loose when the vent caps were replaced and painted.

We’re very satisfied with Lon Smith’s work, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof..

Lon Smith Roofing has replaced my roof twice due to hail damage in the 19 years I've lived in this home. I am a repeat customer because I know they are reliable and will be around if I were to have any problems. I have worked with Britt Martin both times. This time the project was scheduled for two days, but when the first day arrived the forecast had changed to rain the second day, so instead of a crew of 4, they more than doubled the crew to ensure they were able to finish in one day. The second day their inspector checked the roofing and attic ventilation, and then scheduled the city inspector to sign-off. No issues were found. The staff keep you informed and are easy to work with.

LonSmith did a very good job on my new roof. Kelly, our estimator, was very knowledgeable and friendly when he came out. The roofing team showed up as scheduled and worked basically daylight until past sunset and finished the job in one day. They did a good job cleaning up the yard/driveway (only found one nail and a few tabs around the yard afterwards).

We desperately needed a new roof and when I contacted Robbie from Lon Smith Roofing, he came over quickly & provided a clear estimate. Since our home is not normal in that it is an earth berm home, it required two different types of roofs and Robbie even worked with our insurance company to identify that our roof needed upgrading and that helped us a lot. Lon Smith roofing is a great company to choose for a roof replacement. After the severe hail storm in North Texas in April 2017, I had to have my roof replaced. Lon Smith came recommended to me by a family friend. From Matt Peterson, the sales manager, coming out to inspect my roof, to his knowledgeable advice about what material to use to replace my roof, to the work crew and inspector, to the final product, I was very happy with Lon Smith and would highly recommend them!

We had a really good experience with LSR, from the salesman to the office staff and especially the crew. They did excellent work and kept the area picked up every day.
