Overall was please with Lon Smith. We had a couple minor issues that Lon Smith resolved in a fairly timely manner. Our salesman was very nice and the project manager was knowledgeable and helpful.

While we had a bit of a challenge with the installation crew, Lon Smith came through and made everything good! I will not hesitate to use them again...I just hope I do not need to!

Service was quick and competent. Salesman and Inspector were very friendly and did their job well. Shrubs and flower beds were not protected as they should be. Cleanup was poor. we removed 200-300 nails and bits of roofing material from our shrubs, yard, beds, and gutters. They did give us a $200 adjustment for this.

Bob meet me at the house 2 days after I called for "help" with my roof. He went over all the details of me getting a new roof to my satisfaction. Then he meet with the insurance co. and we set a date. The roof was completely installed in 1 day. Very professional co.

After difficulty with a "handy man" trying to repair a roof leak we were so happy to have found LonSmith to do the job right. Our estimator, Bob, went above and beyond to run around town to find shingle samples to achieve the perfect match for a partial roof replacement. He even referred us to a contractor to help with necessary wood work (from leak).

Then, the team worked well to get the job done quickly. An on sight supervisor was helpful and then, after the job was complete they did an inspection with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction.

We are very pleased and have had no problems with our roof and have even decided since to have LonSmith roof our entire large garage structure too!

Excellent workmanship and communication with the customer! They even returned the day after the job was complete to make sure clean-up was done properly.

I talked to at lease 5 roofing companies before I signed a contract with Lon Smith because of their long history in this business without any complaints in BBB records.

Lon Smith recently reroofed my house after hail storm damage. They were very professional and did a great job. It looks terrific. Their clean up process was also very good. I appreciated that very much.

Lon Smith was wonderful to work with. We were able to get a quote from them within 48 hours of inquiring and quickly scheduled our roof replacement date. We had a late change to the job based on our personal preference and their crew was accommodating and quickly contacted everyone to make it happen. The crew was friendly and did a great job cleaning up, I would definitely choose them again!

I had Lon Smith Roofing replace my roof in September 2016. The salesman was excellent – very professional, responsive, informative and offered a fair price. I had looked at 2 other roofing companies and neither salesmen were even close. The actual work was done by a crew of 5-6 with a Lon Smith inspector “overseeing” the project. The job took 2 days. The work was fair to poor. The crew worked past dark each day and left the work sight in terrible condition after the first day. I believe that the inspector was overworked and did not coordinate his visit(s) to the work sight with me. I had to call and complain about the condition the crew left my home after the first day. After that, I worked with the inspector’s supervisor. It took over about a month to complete the project due to technical problems with a power vent Lon Smith had replaced. The supervisor was excellent and worked hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied before even mentioning an invoice. On one day, the supervisor had called in 3 different contractors to make sure the job was completed professionally. During the roof replacement, I was very frustrated and disappointed but in the end, I was satisfied. Had the initial inspector been more present during the roof replacement, the entire process would have gone more smoothly.

Everything went quite well. My rep followed up on all of my issues and concerns and even repaired at no cost some damage that was caused by my gutter company after the roofing job was complete. They had done some major repair work to my roof a couple of years ago following another contractor who had botched the job and caused extensive leaking. That is the reason I was only interested in having LSR perform the complete reroof after the hailstorm.

From initial contact to final completion of roof installation was excellent!! Information was provided and accurate from beginning to end. Installation crew protected shrubs and swimming pool; provided their own cover. Supervisors answered any and all questions my family had and were helpful in the discussing options. Highly recommend this company!!!
