They did a great job. Started before sunup and finished around 4pm the same day, including picking up nails and debris.I selected this company because of its reputation and I wanted to have piece of mind when dealing with what I consider a large sum of money. They do not ask for money up front and bill you a few weeks after the job is done and the roof is inspected by the city. They also work with your insurance company on any changes in prices.

Lon Smith Roofing replaced our hail damaged roof. All work was done on-time and according to contract. Highly recommend

We have had two roofs put on by Lon Smith Roofing, and they have always been friendly to deal with, very helpful, professional, and courteous. They've been in the area for decades, and you can count of them doing a good job for you. If you do have any issues, they'll make it right without any hassle. But they've always done it right for us from the get-go!

Bob Gibson with Lon Smith was great. The crew came out and got straight to working getting the roof replaced. They finished everything in a day. I did have to get the inspector to check for nails again, there were a few not picked up. I will use them again.

They say good things come to those who wait. I'm happy I waited for Lon Smith Roofing. My roof was damaged by the hail storms on March 23rd. Garrett Seals came by to inspect my property and scheduled the repairs. The materials were delivered on the the day promised and the crew showed up the following day. They stripped the shingles, re-decked the house, and shingled the house in one day. If it wasn't for the new roof I couldn't tell anyone had been there. The LSR crew cleaned up the yard so I did not find any roofing trash left behind.
Lon Smith will be my go to roofing company from now on.

Lon Smith Roofing (LSR) was head-and-shoulders better than the previous 2 roofing companies I’ve hired…and if I ever need reroofing again, I will definitely consider hiring LSR again; likely my first call.
HOWEVER, anyone actually contracting LSR to replace your roof should insist that LSR provide a CLEAR explanation of their hierarchy of communication within your project, before commencing.
LSR fell short in my experience. Fortunately, LSR’s inspector, Angel, quickly jumped in to CORRECT some failure-to-communicate issues, and then stayed on top of my project to ENSURE that no further failures occurred. He was quite conscientious.

We had hail damage on the roof and Lon Smith was recommended by a family member that is also a general contractor. The process was painless and everybody was straight forward and trustworthy. The job was completed in one day and it looks excellent!

Their estimators are extremely friendly and easy to work with. They work with your schedule to get the job done in a timely manner. I had some concerns regarding that pricing and working with my insurance company that I feel were not a high priority to them. After the roof was complete, there was trash and numerous nails left all around our property. I'm thankful for the new roof, but wish the experience was a little less stressful.

Lon Smith Roofing recently replaced my roof and guttering due to hail damage. The workmanship was excellent and exactly what I had requested regarding tile and color. The work was completed in one day; the crew cleaned up very well and an inspector came to inspect the final job. Highly recommend! They replaced my roof after it was totaled by this year's hail storms. It looks great and they even upgraded me to a 40 year hail resistant shingle at no extra cost!

I recently had Lon Smith Roofing renew the flat-roof areas of my house with the modern single-ply membrane know as "T.P.O." This product is relatively new for residential applications as there aren't many who know how to tailor it to residential structures - much less dovetail it into a gable roof covered in clay tile. Lon Smith Roofing did an excellent job for me on all fronts - from initial consultation to final completion. I'd recommend Lon Smith Roofing to anyone looking for a roof they can trust.
