Lon Smith staff is honest and did an excellent job on a roof repair. We also called them a few years ago for a review of our roof after a home inspector provided an inaccurate review.

I had the pleasure to work with Lon Smith Roofing to repair my hail damages roof this summer. Matt Peterson was my main contact. He was knowledgeable, flexible and very responsive. He basically took care of everything starting from arranging insurance inspection, fixing the roof to insurance claims. The job was done timely with the best quality I could expect. I will definitely recommend Matt and Lon Smith Roofing for roof fixes. You will enjoy the worry free and good quality job and outcome. Thank you Lon Smith.

Excellent Experience with Lon Smith Roofing. Everyone in this company is friendly and professional and provides top-notch customer service. The cost of my repair was extremely reasonable and less than I anticipated. The repairs were also completed in a timely manner. I couldn't be happier and would recommend Lon Smith Roofing to anyone.

They replaced my roof 2 weeks ago and what a great job they did. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. The crew was on time and cleaned up afterward. The salesman, Mark, was great and very responsive as well as the inspector Mario.

Lon Smith Roofing did an excellent job on my roof replacement. They were very professional and arrived early to do the work. They explained the whole process from start to finish and everyone that we dealt with were professional and very nice. Lon Smith roofing salesman offered the top of the line roofing materials and subsequently installed a better quality roof than any other company I had researched for my money and I know certain teed is a better asphalt quality shingle. I was very pleased to have such a quality roof put on by knowledgeable crew roofers as well.

Lon Smith sent an estimator (Robbie Harless) out very quickly. He was extremely professional and very upfront and honest with us about cost. He did not try to talk us into spending more than was necessary. He gave us the best deal of all the quotes we got from roofing companies. Choosing Lon Smith was easy because of their stellar reputation, and now we know why they have such a great reputation. The work was scheduled about a week after our estimate was performed, and they sent a large crew who completed the roof replacement in one day. It looks fantastic. We couldn't be more pleased with Lon Smith.

Contracted and installed a reroof in April 2017. Was not 100% to contract, but worked with me until I was satisfied. Very happy customer & highly recommend.
