Very pleasant to work with. From the receptionist to the estimator that came out. He even came out on Easter Sunday to speak with the adjuster from my insurance. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Friendly staff and good service. Project needed to be done on a certain day and they were able to do it on that day.

This was my first time as a homeowner replacing my roof. The inspector guided us through the whole process and made it super easy! They were prompt, they cleaned up the mess and my new roof looks amazing! I would definitely be using them in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Lon Smith Roofing has been fantastic. The inspector guided me through every step so that I would know what to expect and the best way to work with the insurance company on a claim. The project manager on the job took the time to explain all the details and nuances of the roof, materials and installation process. I have a smaller house, but Lon Smith Roofing treated me like I was worth a million dollars. Great job and very pleased!!!

Lon Smith roofing removed and replaced the shingles on our roof and did a very good job. Communication prior to the work was excellent. They scheduled the job to meet my needs and completed all the work on time. Clean up following installation was very good. The team was very professional. We've been homeowners for almost 10 years and this was our first experience with roof replacement. Lon Smith was so professional and the process was so smooth from beginning to end. Everyone I had the pleasure of speaking with returned calls quickly, showed up on time, kept me informed, and was polite, helpful, and friendly. My questions were always answered and any concerns I had were addressed. The day of install went smoothly and we are so happy with the quality of work produced. They yard was cleaned of debris and nails when work was completed, with the exception of the gutters. We were not expecting to have nails shooting out of the downspout and onto the driveway and walkways after our first big downpour. Part of the process with Lon Smith includes an additional roof inspection post-replacement and that is a nice security blanket. Lon Smith made what can often be a difficult process, feel easy. These homeowners are now customers for life.

After the last hail storm, I was bombarded by knocks on my door and phone calls to my home. All roofing companies trying to get my business. The bottom line was, however, that I already knew who I would be calling because I had such a positive experience several years ago. I am a repeat customer of Lon Smith Roofing and the experience I had this time was no different.
They were extremely professional and courteous. My roof was completed while I was at work. This is something I would only agree to because they are a local company and I know that if there had been any issues, they would have been on my doorstep immediately.
What better review than from a repeat customer who chose to use them again and who will call them next time after the next Texas hailstorm.

This was the second roof that Lon Smith Roofing replaced for us. The first time was done with excellence so there was no question that we would use them again after we had wind and hail damage again. The estimator spent plenty of time doing the inspection and thoroughly explained all aspects of the procedure from start to finish.
His demeanor and clear communication made a difficult situation easier to handle.

Nothing but professional and excellent JOB! My estimate from the insurance had several mistakes. My salesman, Robbie, was happy to take the contact info and deal directly with the insurance company so I didn't have to. He was able to get it all corrected for me hassle free. Especially since I had no idea the roofing terms, etc. The job was quick and the clean up was more than I expected. Then the inspector also went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect during and after the job was complete! Including switching out paint colors for our vent stacks that he thought would look better than what was sent with the materials. VERY HAPPY! It looks great and was painless!

We had a great experience. They estimated the work and completed our roof replacement in a timely matter. We were satisfied with the quality of work. We had a few minor cosmetic issues to be resolved and they did in a timely manner as well.

The Estimator showed up on time and demonstrated a professional manner throughout my roofing project. Everyone from Lon Smith was courteous and cared about my home. I only recommend Lon Smith Roofing now. My last experience was horrible and the company never returned my calls.

Regarding the replacement of our roof by Lon Smith Roofing:
The estimator who came to our home to was very professional, knowledgable, and informative. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain current roofing ventilation requirements, and discuss various options including an upgrade of the shingles. Scheduling and completion of the job went well. The job took two days and at the end of the first day, one of the crew members let me know they would be back the next day. Once the job was completed on the second day, the crew left; however, the dumpster was still in our driveway. I made a couple of calls to check with Lon Smith on when to expect it to be removed and it was removed within a few hours of my calls. Cleanup after the job completion was good. The Lon Smith inspector came by a day or so after the job was completed and found a few items which were promptly fixed. We are very pleased with the work performed by Lon Smith Roofing Co.

New roof was done well and promptly and at a fair price.

Lon Smith Roofing did an excellent job recently replacing our roof damaged by hail. Each person we came in contact with was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I received many updates before during and when the project was done. They showed up when they said they would, got the job done quickly and cleaned up. I will use them again.
