Looking for a smooth experience from a roofing company? Lon Smith is the answer! Decided to use them after reading a positive review from a community neighbor. We were not disappointed! Garrett was our Estimator, he immediately took my call, setup an appointment, explained the whole process thoroughly, was always available if we needed him. The crew that worked on our house was very professional. I was more than impressed when they cleaned up after every step of the process, this spoke volumes to me! Gutters were replaced after the roof was done, very pleased with the workmanship. Everyone at Lon Smith has been pleasant to work with. I just can't believe companies like this still exist! Would not hesitate to use them again in the future (if needed). Thank you Lon Smith!

We had a very good experience with Lon Smith Roofing. Our Sales Rep. Ryan was very knowledgeable and took his time in explaining the whole process and worked with the insurance company. Santos and his crew did a wonderful job. The inspector Andrew was responsive and professional. We are very happy with this company.

This was my first roof replacement. Lon Smith made everything very easy from explanation to free upgrades. They banged up a gutter and cause some overspray but immediately sent contractors out to remedy any and all issues. Their sub contractors were great. I strongly recommend Lon Smith. I recently used Lon Smith to roof my house after the spring hail storm. The salesman was very easy to work with, was pushy and let us make our mind after getting several other quotes. Good work and done in a day. We had a couple of repairs afterward which they took care of. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had our roof replaced by Lon Smith Roofing of Fort Worth. We chose to work with LSR because we came to trust everyone we dealt with, especially Alan, our estimator. He was very patient, helpful and responsive. He spent hours with us explaining everything. He answered or returned all my phone calls and emails. He's very knowledgeable about his industry and helped us a lot with our insurance. Our contract contained every little detail of the job, itemized down to the penny. Nothing was left out. We experienced absolutely no surprises. The scheduling was coordinated perfectly, from delivery of supplies to arrival of the crews. The crews who worked on our roof were very polite to us, and respectful of our property. They cleaned up thoroughly. And the roof looks great! I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing.

Lon Smith Roofing replaced our roof after we received hail damage. Their estimator Alan Kinnaird, was extremely professional and explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He did a great job answering all our questions. He also recommended that we add a ridge vent for ventilation that is already saving us money on utility bills. Alan came back to the house and met with our insurance adjustor to make sure that nothing was missed on our claim. Lon Smith Roofing also worked with us to get the job done on OUR timeline and the entire job was finished in one day!

Crew Supervisor Ramiro Torres and his crew were at the house on the day and time promised and finished the job within one day. They cleaned up everything before they left the property. I have no complaints about their work. The price was fair and I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof replaced.

Recently, we had our entire roof replaced using Lon Smith. Several years ago, we made the mistake of using an unknown “roofing company” that not only put on a terrible roof that leaked in more places than originally, but also damaged our bank account with all the repairs. We were amazed when another family member had their roof replaced using a real roofing company, Lon Smith, and we knew we would for certain be using them to replace ours. Lon Smith provided excellent service through the estimator (*Alan-a pleasure to work with) that came to guide us through the process…he was patient, helpful (never pushy). offered samples of every option, and guided us through all the detailed options we wanted. Once all the decisions were made (and we took our time, believe me!) the date was set to get our new roof. The guys arrived early and worked very hard…it was a hot day and they took a break for lunch and then they were back at it. Our roof was completed in one day! Can I just share that the previous company we used that was NOT Lon Smith took 5 days…and left nails and trash everywhere. Lon Smith cleaned up everything SO well and we didn’t have to worry about stray nails and hidden trash. It was so clean…cleaner than before they came;) There were a couple small details that we changed throughout the day as the roof was being put on, and we were able to do so with the crew. It was great working with Lon Smith and can't recommend them enough. -JB

Had new roof/shingles installed, job was well done. They replaced vents with new larger units and also painted my chimney while they were on the roof. Very professional.
