They do what they say and no only kept me informed, but followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with my new roof.

Gary Martin has always been excellent at surveying the job and providing an estimate. The quality of the work has always been excellent. No Stress, No Mess !

We have had Lon Smith replace a roof at our previous home and our current home after hail damage. They also replaced guttering at our current house. They were professional, prompt, and great craftsmen. I would hire them again.

This company exceeded my expectation in all aspects of my roofing experience. From getting the extimate, to adding options, to the actual work in stifling July heat, to clean up, the personnel were professional and prompt.

We had a hail storm in the spring. We called Lon Smith Roofing and their representative, Robbie Harless, came out and inspected the roof. He dealt with our insurance adjuster and explained everything completely. They were quick responding to all our correspondence. Within a couple of weeks, their crew was out and did a fantastic job. We could not be more pleased with the workmanship and customer service.

We recently had a water main break near our house, shooting water into the air and onto our roof. With the stones in the street it was like our own private hail storm. We chose Lon Smith to replace our roof because we'd used them twice before and found them to be honest, efficient and professional. This time it was more of the same: They replaced our roof including our detached garage in a day, and worked with our insurance company to get reimbursed for the depreciation. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

After a recent rainstorm, I noticed several shingles in my yard. Concerned that they were from my roof, I called Lon Smith Roofing, as they had replaced my roof previously, and I was very happy with their work.

The estimator, Robbie Harless, was the same estimator I had previously. He climbed on my roof and determined that the shingles were intact but the roof was severely damaged from a previous hail storm.

I immediately called my insurance company, who agreed I needed a total roof replacement. I got back to Robbie with the estimate. As they did the previous time, Lon Smith worked within the insurance company's estimate. Robbie also gave me and upgrade on shingles as my "old" roof was only six years old.

The roofers were prompt and completed my roof in one day. (I have a small house and it is two stories, so my roof is very small.) They cleaned up after themselves. I did find a few nails later. I contacted Robbie about this and an inspector came out immediately and resolved the problem.

So far I am very happy with my new roof and I like the look of the new shingles. I will continue to call Lon Smith in the future for all my roofing needs.

Lon Smith Roofing is an AWESOME company. They did a fantastic job in our home. From the start to finish our Salesperson Alan was AMAZING, very proactive, punctual, responsible, honest and work with us and took the time to explained to us everything and answered all of our question and doubts. I had a GREAT experience with Lon Smith roofing.
Every department (Sales, Scheduling, Install Team, Inspector, Roofing Supervisor) was very professional. Scheduling was convenient and easy. I was kept informed at each process of my roof replacement and was given suggestions on how to better ventilate my attic.
The Inspector came out several times during the installation and checked if I had any questions and to update me on the work. Once completed, the inspector and I went through their inspection list together and helped gather the information for my insurance claim. The Team did a great job cleaning up after the work was done.

Lon Smith provided great service from my initial call of scheduling a roofing inspection for damages and to determine if it was necessary to replace the roof. Lon Smith’s professional estimator was onsite during the Insurance inspection as the roof was evaluated for damages and insurance claim review. Working on our behalf with the insurance claims professional all areas of the roof were thoroughly inspected and all damaged acknowledged. Lon Smith provided a comprehensive roof replacement estimate that was easy to understand. The work was completed timely and the roof looks great. I will absolutely recommend Lon Smith Roofing to any family member and any friend that has a roofing repair or replacement need.

Texas weather is erratic at best. LSR kept abreast as to the weather here in Northern Texas and when the weather was to be comfortable LSR arrived ready to aggressively replace my damaged roof. Communication was prompt and the schooling about roofs was very educational. My only suggestion is to use a magnet on wheels to compliment the roof techs use of a hand held magnet used for picking up nails and other metal roofing cuttings for more complete removal of. Nevertheless positive kudos for Lon Smith Roofing.
