Lon Smith Roofing was very professional and was very helpful with the insurance process. The roof is high quality and was installed well. They cleaned up after the job. I'm glad we chose Lon Smith to do our roof.

Lon Smith Roofing did a fantastic job replacing our roof. Our Estimator/Contact, Garrett, was helpful from Day 1. He was professional, knowledgeable and always responded quickly. We had some unique problems with our roof, and Garrett worked closely with our insurance company to resolve any outstanding issues. In spite of the terrible weather conditions, the crew stayed on schedule and remained on the job until the work was complete. They went above and beyond what was expected.

When the roofers arrived they took care to cover everything that might get damaged. They started early in the morning and worked tirelessly into the evening to get the job done in a timely manner….only stopping for the inevitable rain showers they had to endure almost every day. They were always pleasant and courteous. Lon Smith’s teams did not consider the job complete simply because the new roof was installed. Workers thoroughly cleaned our yard and amazingly left no nails and no trash. A few days later they came back to install the gutters and finalize the job.

We love the material and the color of our roof. We have already received several compliments on the roof from friends and neighbors. We might have been able to save a little money by using a different company but LSR's cost was competitive. And, several times over the last 30 years we have replaced roofs due to hail damage and have never been as satisfied with a company as we were with Lon Smith Roofing. They simply were outstanding in all aspects of the job from beginning to end.

I highly recommend Lon Smith Roofing if you are looking for a quality roofing company that you can trust to do an excellent job. This was, without a doubt, one of the best companies we have ever worked with. And every single employee we came in contact with was professional and capable.

We had a great experience using Lon Smith to replace our roof after a hail storm.We initially had another company come out and look at our roof and once we filed our claim they would not provide us with a quote unless we told them how much the insurance company was going to give us.I thought this was very shady and decided to try another roofing company "Lon Smith" that was recommended by a friend.

Trent came out for the initial inspection of the roof and he spent a solid hour to write everything up to make sure it was all documented.

Once the insurance company came out and told us how much they would pay for the roof replacement, Lon Smith worked on my behalf to negotiating with the insurance company on why the replacement of the roof was more then originally quoted by the insurance company.It was nice to not have to do this part on my own.

Trent did let us know that our roof did not have adequate ventilation according to today's standards/code.At no cost to us, they installed more ventilation and also upgrade the previous ventilation that was used.

The actual replacement of the roof went as well as I would think a roof replacement could go.They showed up right on time in the morning, and began bright and early.I went to work, while my wife stayed home during the installation, and by the time I returned from work at 5 they were completely done. They did a wonderful job laying out tarps to catch nails and debris. They also performed a thorough cleanup.

One thing that separated Lon Smith from the rest besides everything that I previously mentioned was, they have an employee come by a few days later to inspect the work that was completed to make sure everything was installed correctly.They also asked if we had any concerns, which we mentioned a few minor things like we could see some finger prints on the siding of the house,which he took care of.

So to sum it up,I would say it was a pleasure to work with Lon Smith, and they really did a great job on our roof.

They took great care to protect my property and did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. My new roof looks great! I highly recommend.

I had hail and wind damage earlier this year. They did a great job on the replacement. The salesman, roofing team and inspector were all so knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone!

During some heavy rain in August, what turned out to be a multi-year leak in my roof caused a portion of the ceiling in a bedroom to collapse, allowing water to drip on furniture. I called as soon as I discovered it. Even though it was after regular business hours, they sent someone to patch the roof within an hour. I turned to them again to do the work prescribed by the insurance adjuster and am very pleased with the results. Everyone with whom I dealt was professional, courteous, and thorough. This was not my first experience with this company, and I will continue to call on them when needed.

If asked if I would recommend Lon Smith Roofing to a family member or close friend, the answer would be a definite YES! The crew was professional and always showed up either on time or early. I was impressed with how hard everyone worked even though it was so hot outside. Each day the crew stayed well past what would qualify as a long day. Finally, the job was done well and on time!

I have been a homeowner in Fort Worth since 1999 . This is the 2nd roof Lon Smith has done for me due to damage from hail . I am in the insurance industry, I know the importance of having your roof work done by a company that has been in business as long as Lon Smith. The last thing you want is a storm chaser who popped up overnight due to a recent hailstorm. The work and professionalism of Lon Smith roofing is A+.

The Lon Smith team was great. The inspected the roof within one day of the damage and Trent provided a through explanation of work to be completed. The work was completed timely and the roof looks great. Juan came out a day later to inspect the attic and follow up on any concerns. Lon Smith will be who I recommend all my family and friend for their roofing needs.

I would 100% recommend Lon Smith Roofing. They have been around for more than 40 years, and they are not going anywhere like so many of these fly-by-night companies that pop up when storms happen. Every step of the way, from the person who came out to do the initial inspection and estimate, to the office, to the workers, I have absolutely nothing bad to say. Everyone was so polite and made sure I knew exactly what was happening at every step. When there were issues with my insurance company, the office folks were so helpful in getting those issues resolved. When the job was done, they were careful to clean-up supplies from the job. Everything was done in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to use them again!

Everyone that we worked with was polite, respectful, professional, and competent. it was as good of an experience as a roof replacement could be. They were willing to do an initial inspection of the roof and have someone available to meet with the insurance adjustor when he did his inspection. They worked directly with our insurance company. The inspectors were great about keeping me up to date on what was going on. They cleaned up all of their mess and finished the job in a timely manner. If we need another roof in the future, they will be our first call.

This is the only company I have ever written a review on, as most people do not live up to my expectations. This is the 2nd time I have used Lon Smith Roofing, the first one was about nine years ago for another hail damaged roof. The office staff, inspector, supervisor, and work crew could not have been more knowledgeable, customer service oriented, friendly helpful, professional, and courteous. They were and are a great company to work with, especially Charles Hill (estimator). I highly recommend using their services, as I will do so myself if the situation arises (hopefully not to soon though).

We had our roof and gutters replaced because of hail damage and Lon Smith did a wonderful job. They were prompt and professional and all work done was outstanding. Would certainly use again.
