The re-manufactured toner cartridges last as long as new. They just keep going and going!

My business is very small and very busy. Since I live in the country, ink is an hour and a half round trip drive. It can be a waist of time when I really have to have ink. With Associated Supply, I am never out of ink. They call and remind me when I am getting close and the order is delivered right to my business. This leave me more time to take care of the real business at hand. Thanks so much.

Mary is an excellent customer service rep. We purchased a new Canon multifunction color laser machine and needed black and color cartridges after a few weeks. Mary did an outstanding job of getting the cartridges to us quickly at an excellent price. Shipping was excellent.

Small businesses need support from customer service reps that care about their customers. My sales rep is Sam, he is always on top of my cartridge orders before I know what I need.

I have always experienced great service with Associated Supply. They have very competitive prices on the toner cartridges I need - cheaper than Costco! I always receive them in a very timely fashion - no more than 2 or 3 days after ordering. Also, they had the toner cartridges I needed and was having difficulty finding, so that was very helpful, also. The customer service is wonderful and I love getting gift cards with my orders.

I question the positive reviews received every other day or so as being realistic. I wouls look Positive reviews to have more company names posted with them. Positive reviews are proud and the recommending company would be glad to share their name as recommendation and proud of their own name for making that statement. With that many positive reviews one would think that non solicited phone calls would be required to support their business. Also their web page would be proud to display prices and compete at an honest level.

Great customer service, had a cartridge with a malfunction, they shipped one immediately and emailed a return label for the faulty one. Ink doesn't last quite as long as new but for the savings it is worth it.

Mary Johnson, one of the sales reps, has to be one of the nicest people I have ever talked to on the phone, and yet I have never actually met! I truly feel like she cares about me and our business. We get our supplies very quickly and she works so hard to make sure we are satisfied. GOOD people.

They are very friendly and once I place an order I get it very quickly. If I have ever had an issue they have always taken care of it quickly and with no hassle. Great company to do business with.
