Associated Supply cold-called me on the phone. I was receptive to what they were saying, the great customer service, and the great follow up they exhibit. They work with you, and they treat you special. The ink cartridges show up at your door in a couple of days, and, they can basically gauge when you will need more. There is no problem if you change copiers because you just send back the unused cartridges and they send you replacements for the new copiers in your office. I really like this company!

Always a friendly rep, no pressure, great prices and fast delivery. Toners are always as ordered and last longer than anticipated. Bud, our recent rep is outstanding. Always knows when to call when I need toner for our fast growing business. I've told all at our local chamber and they are loving it!

We started using Associated Supply on a trial basis. We received the toner and did not have to pay until we were satisfied . We are very satisfied with their products and service. Good company, good people

I was contacted by Associated Supply by a sales associate to purchase their toner. He made it so easy, by sending the product in advance for me to check out and if I didn't like it, I could return it without any hassle. Well, needless to say, I used that toner, and now have placed another order, for an even better price. My cartridges arrived in just a couple of days and now I'm prepared for when my current cartridge runs out. I won't be rushing down to the "office supply" store at the last minute!

My company was looking to save money on toner cartridges for a HP printer, when we came across Associated Supply. Every person I have dealt with has been great, answers all questions, and with a 30 day trial you can't go wrong. We ordered and they have followed up with us several times to ensure that we were satisfied with the product and we couldn't be happier.

We are very satisfied with the quality and service. I never run out of toner because they are extremely efficient at calling at just the right time. I once, and only once, had an issue with the toner supplied and without question replaced it immediately.

I own a small company and do not use a lot of printer ink, but so appreciate the customer service by Associated Supply and their prices. They don't care how few I buy at a time and are wonderful about checking with me to see if I am getting low. I recommend this supplier as reputable and their product is quality.

I've been using Associated Supply about three or more years and I am happy with the service I get from them.I didn't find them, they found me! I've been purchasing my printer inks from a locator office supply store. They save me about $20.00 on my printer inks cartridge.

We order Cannon cartridges and toner from Associated Supply. We receive all merchandise in a timely manner and billing is no hassle. Our machines handle the cartridges with no problem and it appears that we get about the same usage from these as other cartridges- though we don't count specifically. All in all we have been satisfied and continue to use their services for about a year now.

I had a bad taste in my mouth when dealing with the first customer service rep at this company... but after dealing with Mary Johnson at Associated Supply she most definetly made me feel like my business meant more than just a tally on her notepad. If or when I was to ever do business with this company I would only deal with her as she knows how a customer should be talked to and dealt with.Thanks Mary for being so great!!!
