So out of the blue I receive a package of ink that I never ordered, does not even work in my printer, to a name of someone not even in our company and now I'm being sent to collections..... REALLY... WTF?? After reading other reviews it seems I'm not the only one. If my credit score gets dinged for this I'm gonna be PISSED. Have talked to them several times and yet here I am months later opening mail from a collection agency. I had actually tossed it in trash after it sat in the office for over a month not knowing wth it was for or where it came from. My understanding is employee was able to dig it out and mail it back?? Yet here we are.... May be time to get my attorney involved I guess.

Pushy sales guy calls and then a product shows up that was not needed or ordered along with an invoice

We Have been using Associated supply for over 2 years now and the service has been more than phenomenal. they have been able to match prices for us, quick delivery, if there is a problem they are quick to fix it. Kim has been the Greatest Rep and now she has become family. Keep up the great work! Thanks!

I've been using Associated Supply for over 15 years. They can beat anyone else's prices. Fast shipping. I usually receive my cartridges in a day or two. Great follow-up. I've only had a problem with one laser printer cartridge in 15 years and Associated Supply replaced the cartridge to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I've been working with Kim and she's wonderful.

Recently, we placed an order and it was simple and convenient to place it over the phone. Associated Supply has been working with Montessori Centres for the last 2-3 years. The company is prompt, cheerful, and priced right for their supplies. I really enjoy hearing about the "Great West". Thank you for all you do. Children still use paper and pencils.

I have been ordering my printer ink supplies from Associated for quite some time now. The sales people are pleasant and always eager to get me exactly what I need. The supplies are sent and received promptly.I recommend ordering more.

March 4, I received a call from Sonny offering a trial use of toner cartridges & drum.We received 3/12. Then received an invoice shortly after and a call from Pam 4/2 asking for payment. We had not yet placed in service.Finally put cartridge in machine 4/12 and on 4/15, flashing toner low after about 200 pages.Called Pam 4/15 informing her we were not interested in continuing business due to being able to buy cheaper & less time/interruptions from company. I was told I would need to return the products and speak to another dept. for a return label.Not happy! The time already spent is precious and to think of talking to another dept., is annoying.

I have ordered with this company for about 4 years now. I have had problems with cartridges in the past and was reimbursed. This company then changed the way they worked with recycled cartridges haven't had a problem since. I appreciated that they keep up with me about ordering so that I do not have to worry about running out.

I have been getting my printer ink from AssociatedSupply for several years now. I am very happy with their service. All phone calls are handled by an actual person and I have had the same salesperson for quite a while now. He is very friendly and helpful. He also makes sure of the quality of the ink and that it is compatible with my printer. I also receive my ink in a very timely fashion and the prices can't be beat.

I received an unsolicited phone call from your company to buy printer ink. I was told it did not have to be paid for until I used it and was satisfied. I told the saleswoman we were a small company, had just put in new cartridges, and would not need new ink for some time. I wa told that was not a problem as I could use the ink, then pay when I was satisfied. I have received several phone calls wanting payment. I am paying the bill to stop the phone calls, but have still not used your cartridges. I do not ever want to talk to you people again and I will not ever order from you. It will be cheaper and no headache to go to Office Depot or Office Max when I need ink.

Unsolicited caller pushed me to purchase a "great deal on ink cartridges." No deal here. Extremely Overpriced. Check inkfarm or swiftink or any other ion-line deals before buying here. I felt ripped-off. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Associated Supply are awesome people to work with, you make us feel like a customer instead of a pain in the neck. You value us, it shows through the phone line.

We are a small, almost paperless company and so we don't print a lot. However, Associated Supply has saved us money on toner and they have a quality product. They always have a competitive pricing and good service. Never had a problem with products, delivery or even returns. Returns were due to the replacement of a printer, not poor products.

PRETTY DISSAPOINTING TO QUOTE ME A LOW PRICE ON TONER ON INITIAL PURCHASE, UPON REORDER I WAS BILLED A MUCH HIGHER PRICE. BY THE TIME YOU ADD ON SHIPPING I CAN GET THE TONER FOR ABOUT THE SAME PRICE AT OFFICE DEPOT. AND IT ISNT REMANUFACTURED.

Great service, good quality products, never had a problem with ink cartridges. Easy to work with!

Have ordered cartridges, while a bit slow to deliver, quality is great. They stand behind every cartridge they sell. Have saved oodles! Will be using again.
