We love Associated Supply for their excellent customer service. We run a very small business, so the least amount of errand-running around town that we can do - the better. James is great to check in ahead of when we're out of toner. We really feel served and accommodated consistently by Associated Supply. They even send gift certificates - bonus!Thanks James, and thanks to Associated Supply!

Our company orders ink from Associated Supply Company which is always easy to order from and has super friendly customer service staff. We appreciate the quality of the products and knowledgeable staff. We will absolutely continue to use this company for our ink supplies.

I ordered a toner cartridge for a Sharp digital copier AL1551 which came to me in a timely manner. I installed the cartridge, but apparently the copier's problems were greater than needing a new cartridge. The copier would not work and I spoke to a copier repairman about it and he advised me that the repair would cost more than a new copier. I called Associated supply and they sent me a return UPS sticker to return the cartridge with no hassle. They requested that I keep them in mind when I needed a toner cartridge for the new copier which I certainly will do.

I have used Associated Supply for all my printer cartridge needs for about ten years and at least five different printers. The people have been extremely friendly and have handle my orders with speed and professionalism. I have never had a problem that was not handled with one phone call and resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this company for printer supplies.

I was initially contacted by a sales representative who offered to send a set of printer ink cartridges and if satisfied to pay the invoice within 45 days. I have now ordered a second time as I found a good, reasonably priced product coupled with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.Peter Hill

This company calls my office every week telling me that I ordered ink from them and that it is time to order more. I have not ordered ink from them since I started with the company 9 months ago and have asked every week to be removed from their list. I doubt that the person who ordered ink cartridges before me ever ordered from the either. Every week they tell me they will remove the company but do not. I do not recommend ordering ink from them it is a scam, I am getting ink at more then half the cost from another supplier.

A rep called and offered the product. They offered me the chance to try the ink cartridge for 45 days before paying for it. I accepted it because of the PRICE. I decided to keep it. I have yet to compare its durability to other makers' cartridges. Overall, so far, so good.

Even though we are a small business, I feel like we are treated just like one of the larger accounts for them. We do not go through much ink so when I receive a call to purchase more and I still have plenty, they always say no problem and call me the month I request. I would like to Thank Them for backing off on high pressuresales and let the product and price speak for it self.

It has been great to find a supplier whose product and service are both reliable, and the savings is substantial. I have used their refurbished ink cartridges in an Epson inkjet for quite some time, with no problems whatsoever. I'll stay with them!

I have purchased discount ink from various companies over the years. Some of them do not sell quality ink and my purchase clogged the printer causing me to have to purchase a new printer. This happened to me three times with three different companies. I tried Associated Supply about three years ago and have not had any trouble with their ink clogging or damaging my printer. They follow-up with me to make sure I am satisfied and also check in with me a couple ties a year to make sure I have enough ink in supply. This is great customer service.Thank you so much.

Very happy with Associated supply customer service and prompt shipping

We have been using Associated Supply for over a year now. The service can't be beat. They call every three months to check to see if we need printer ink, etc.We had a problem with one cartridge they sent and they immediately replaced the cartridge with no hassle at all.

I have been very happy with Associated supply. I once has a problem with printing which could have been the fault of my printer. The sale rep sent me replacement cartridge just to make sure it was not their product. Fast delivery and very friendly accommodating staff.
