I HAVE PURCHASED PRODUCTION FROM ASSOCIATED SUPPLY FOR LAST 3 OR 4 YEARS AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH NOT ONLY THE PRODUCTS BUT THE SERVICE I RECEIVE BY THEM. THE REPS. ARE ALWAYS SO FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL OF ALL MY NEEDS.

Pay attention to the reviews. Don't trust them all, especially all the five star reviews. There's a theme. Almost every five star review states how wonderful a specific rep was to them. How awesome customer service was. Usually the review contains little info on what's important to people reading the reviews, like quality of product, price, shipping time. I'm sure there are some people out there who are happy customers, but it's odd when you see a company have almost all reviews be either one star or five stars. Especially odd when they direct you here to leave a review for them. It's easy for anyone to do!

Associated Supply called me with their sales pitch several times to sell me their toner. I compared prices and it was a bargain! The assured me that their brand of toner worked just as good as the name brand. That, it did. I got free shipping and a great price. After my order, I received several phone calls every month to give me a quote on their toner. I told them I would call back when I needed more. When I called back for more, they told me the price I received before was a mistake and now the price was higher. Not just a little higher, but a lot. My toner went from being $79 to $135! Plus $6 shipping . I will not order anymore toner from this company. I could get brand name toner form Office Depot with a coupon for the same price with free next day shipping. This is no longer a deal! I also don't buy the part about the price being a mistake. I had several reps tell me the same price before when they called. Maybe because I only go through one toner every other month, my business isn't worth it to them. They just need to say that. I'm sure they will call me again to sell me on toner, I'll be curious to see if I get the lower price, maybe that's the trick!

Was incredibly disappointed by the 'try before you buy' gimmick! Yes, it is great to have the option to try your products before investing in them, however, returning them is ridiculous!!!! My company never even used the products and returning them was very costly!! Just to ship back the unused products cost us $22.00!NO Thanks!

We have been ordering supplies from Associated Supply for the last couple of years...they make it easy and convenient to get what we need. Our sales rep is fantastic to work with!

i've been using associated for my printing needs (which aren't very big) for several years. running a small business, the last thing i think about are supplies. of course when i'm out and can't print, that's when i think about it. luckily mary from associated calls me on a regular basis to check up on me. she doesn't bother me, doesn't keep me on the phone too long. my time is valuable. she makes it very easy for me and that makes me very pleased with the company. i can't see why i would every use another company.

I have used Associated Supply Co. for several years, both the representative I have used are fantastic, as of late it is Mary! Always pleasant, helpful and checks on me and our needs periodically not constantly like others. I have never been disappointed in the products and would recommend them to everyone!

Associated Supply sent my company toner that I did not order. The supplies were received by office personell and used before I had knowledge that they were received. Since I did not order the supplies, I was not on the look out for them. When I contacted Associated Supply, they supposedly had documentation where I had personally ordered the supplies. I know that I would not have ordered from this company because I can get that toner much, much cheaper.

I have used Associated Supply Company for my toner needs for probably the last 3 years. My representative Sam has always been very helpful and dependable to check on me for our company's possible needs. He addresses any questions or concerns I may have without feeling bothered. What I am most appreciative for is the easy, fast and carefree service I receive without leaving my desk. I order and in just a couple of days my toners are here as ordered.

We just purchased toner cartridges for our Xerox Phaser printer. So far we haven't had any trouble. The color has been fabulous, just like genuine Xerox toner. We have always been unhappy with the refurbished brands we have used in the past. The ones from Associated have worked perfectly! No complaints!Thanks!

I am very small but have dealt with Associated about 3 years. I like that I can pick up the phone and immediately place an order. Many other vendors have decided that having their clients spending a lot of time trying to figure out a poorly designed website to place an order so they don't have to talk to us is somehow a good idea.

I have always bought through my local stores and also used the recyclable cartridges (not very pleased), but no more, ever since I have ordered from Associated Supply Company the quality is great and the customer service is great too.

I have a small office in my home and have been a satisfied customer around 5 years. Mario is my sales rep. When he first called on me about supplies I was reluctant to place an order since I did not know the company. After I compared their prices to the office supply store, I decided to give them a try. I found their products to be just as good as I was getting in the office supply store at a higher price. The only time I was able to get a better price in the office supply store was when they ran a sale or if I had a coupon. My experiences with my rep and Associated Supply Company has been good.
