Let's put the naysayer to bed once and for all.As all of my clients kno that if you Purchase my Product (and pay the bill) and you are not Happy or at the very least Satisfied with the performance I will Gadly Refund Your Money.Our Customer Service is second to none.I believe our track record speaks for itself.

I've had a good relationship with the Associated Supply Company. They call on a monthly basis to check if I need anything. When I order something, I get my order in a timely manner. I have no suprises when I get my bill, it is for exactly the amount they quote me. Their prices are cheaper than Sam's Club and/or Office Max. I appreciate doing business with them.

I was told during my initial order that "NO PAYMENT IS NECESSARY UNTIL YOU TRY AND LIKE OUR PRODUCT."This was a bald-faced lie! Prior to ordering, i explained that i had JUST purchased new ink cartridges and it would be quite some time before i would be in need of new ones. I was told, "THATS NO PROBLEM! You won't owe us a dime until you use and like them." Again, that was a lie! I was relentlessly harassed by their accounts receivable department, which is more like a Debt-Collection agency than anything else. They were a major inconvenience for my business as it took up valuable phone time.I endured ALL of this because i was fed some bogus sales gimmick upon my initial order. The product isn't really even that much of a bargain. Do yourself a favor, and go buy your ink anywhere else.This company is dishonest, classless, and lacks courtesy. I will not use them ever again, and i advise that no one else does either! Their business tactics were both rude, and

I have been using Associated Supply for over a year. The products are of good quality and at a reasonable price. The customer service is very good. My sales representative provides fantastic sales support. Good Company! Good products.

I purchased ink jets from this company because the salesmantold me the cartridges are made in the U.S. The old "put Americans back to work... who says Americans can't make excellent inkjet products".I opened the first cartridge and on the bottom of the box is printed "made in China".My businesses don't want to do business with ones who lie.I respect American made products and am disappointed the salesman tricked me.

Our landscape company has been using Associated Supply for many years. We have been buying printer cartridges for our 3 machines 2 printers & 1 printer fax/ copier from Associated Supply. Their employees have always been knowledgeable & friendly always taking time to ask how we like their products and how we are doing. Sam, who was my go to guy for years was always a pleasure to talk to.The cartridges do not have a brand name attached to them but we have had a lot of success with them most of the time.Lately, it seems that the printers have a mind of their own and can detect a cartridge that is not a brand name one.Regardless, the cartridges we purchase usually work and on the rare occasion it doesn't; Associated Supply would simply replace it. Associated Supply delivers a very good product in a very timely fashion. I would recommend them for all your printer needs.

I have had the pleasure of being a customer for 9 years and have been very satisfied with the products. My representative, Mary, for Associated Supplies always seems to contact me right at the time I need toner, etc., (ALWAYS) and the delivery is quick. If I have had problems with my order (not many) Mary and Barry have solved my issue promptly and the follow-up is outstanding!!!! I failed to mention the prices are great when compared to other merchants.

The toner prices are great. The customer service team of Associated Supply interact well together to provide a wonderful buying experience. Have been working with Associated for a couple of years. We found that they have better than average prices for laser toner cartridges. We have only checked their inkjet cartridge pricing once and found them to be average. We do like their customer service. They know their products and have always been friendly and helpful. We have not had any problems with any of the products we have bought and are very happy to work with Associated.

Mary has been handling all of my toner and printing needs for around15 years and she provides the best customer service on the planet. Recently I retired two of my printers and replaced them with a new device. I called Mary and asked her if I could return four un-opened toner cartridges for credit without incurring a restocking charge. It was no problem. After the items were received by the appropriate vendor a credit was issued on my account and I was able to order cartridges for my new printer.How cool is that! ASSOCIATED SUPPLY IS THE BEST!
