So far so good. I get my ink in a timely manner and it works just fine.

Associated Supply has EXCELLENT service. I purchased toner from them and they are so customer service oriented. I've been doing business with them over a year now and I am pleased. Yes, I do recommend them. You will not be disappointed. They really do care.

I have been working with Fred since 2012 and he is a pleasure to work with. What i really like is that he is never pushy or difficult to deal with. I have only had one problem and he handled it for me! I wish everyone i had to deal with was as upbeat and easy to work with.

I was contacted by this company on October 8, 2014 in to purchase “re manufactured ink cartridges”. I declined. I spoke to the representative a little longer and was told I could “check them out” for a couple months first before purchasing. I declined again, letting them know that I don’t go through ink a lot and may not use the cartridges by then (we are a small office of only 2 employees so we don’t print a lot of things). I was then offered three months to have a chance to try them out before paying for them. I agreed that if I had a chance to actually try them and liked them I would purchase them, otherwise I would send them back. Deal. At the two month mark I started to receive phone calls to pay for the ink. I called back after 2-3 calls and let them know that I actually had another month to pay for them. When the third month came, I still had not used the ink cartridges. I received a phone call to pay. I did not return the phone call – there was no reason for not returning the call other than being busy. I received another a day or two later with a very rude message attached for payment “or else” type of message. I immediately called back and asked about the necessity of his rudeness. I then let him know I had not used the ink and would be happy to return the cartridges to him as they were all still in original packaging, still inside the shipping box with invoice. The representative declined my offer and said he would be sending me to collection. Be careful with this company.....

I enjoy the convenience of getting a phone call to remind about checking the ink for my printer! Great service from all involved and the ink cartridges are reliable. So easy to shop this way!

Whenever we need toner or ink supplies I know who to call.....FRED, but usually I never even have to make the call because he calls me to make sure we have enough supplies on hand. He is very friendly to talk to and easy to deal with.
