I have been purchasing all my copier supplies from Associated Supply for several years and have not had any complaints or compromises. Being self employed and a home school mom, no problems is the best problems dealing with printing and copying. Try them out for yourself.

I was reluctant to try Associated's products because of problems I had in the past with refilled toner cartridges that destroyed my laser printer! I was assured that this would not happen so I gave it a try. Much to my surprise, I am very happy with the product and the service! The toner provides more than 2,000 more copies of good quality. The same is true of the drum! I will continue to purchase Associated products!

I have had prompt service and printing supplies that were both reasonably priced and functioned very well. I would recommend your service and products to others. When I have had a problem with a cartridge for printing, you have been prompt to replace same and courteous.

I found that the ink for our computers seem to last longer. We also received one that didn't work, they replaced it. We also find that they are a lot cheaper.

I have found assoicated supply products to be relaible. I use their ink cartridges and have never had an issue. They call on a timley basis.

The sales tactics of this company are abusive. My understanding is that they pressure you into trying their product in hopes you will forget to return it so they can then charge you a high rate. I personally never agree to any cold calls regarding any decisions with my business until I’ve stepped back and looked it over. When I asked Josh to email information on the product he started to become more aggressive and accused me of just trying to get him off the phone. This was true because I was currently working. An email with the product, price and reason why they are better would have gone a long way. Even if they do have an ok product they employ many terrible sales reps that are rude and abusive.
