I recently purchased a Janome Embroidery machine from this store. Everyone in the store was very friendly and willing to answer questions. Sara was very helpful and knowledgeable, and not pushy at all. When we had made a choice, she offered us the same model at a discount. It had been used for demonstration, serviced, and still came with full warranty. I was happy to buy that one! Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and will be receiving a one hour complimentary lesson. The store also has a trade-in service and second hand sewing and embroidery machines available for purchase.

I recently went to this shop. I purchased a brother embroidery machine and a cabinet. They were very helpful. They took their time and did not rush me.

I wanted to get a new, high quality sewing machine since I have advanced in my quilting. I visited the website first and saw some great deals that I couldn't get anywhere else. At the store itself, the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable. I got a full demonstration on the machine I eventually purchased, and all my questions were answered promptly and knowledgeably. The ability to rent the services of a longarm panto machine sealed the deal - again, all my questions about it were answered with lots of friendly knowledge. I was so pleased with my purchase there and hope to be a customer for years to come!

I recently purchased a Janome embroidery machine and an Elna sewing machine. They were extremely helpful in showing me how to set up my machines and get started. They offered a class on each machine which was very beneficial. Brenda is a great teacher. Each time I have been back in with a question, they are more than willing to take the time to explain what I need to know. I would highly recommend this business.

Definitely 5 Star for products and service. Training offered to assist in helping you learn about all that your sewing machine can do was outstanding!!! Brenda was very patient and approached the role of teaching with clarity....it made learning easy and intuitive. Thank you Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse for the gift of a "one hour tutorial". I feel comfortable now to start 'playing around' with all the possibilities that my new machine can do.

I have never had such a wonderful experience! I met Ken at the Houston Quilt Festival and explained some disappointing issues I had with a machine purchased from another shop. It was so important to him that I was satisfied with my Janome - he and Paul worked diligently to solve my problem. The friendly service and honesty I found at Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse can not be matched! It's impressive that there is a business that truly cares about each customer and their needs - they convey that so well! I would never purchase a machine anywhere else again - I plan to have all my machines serviced there as well. I would rate S&VW: 5 stars + a galaxy!

I've visited a lot of shops trying to find the right embroidery machine for me. I could have saved myself time and gas had I stopped in Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse first. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, especially Lee. He diagnosed my embroidery needs and suggested the perfect machine for me. I love my JANOME Memory Craft 500 E. I've shopped around quite a bit reviewing prices and styles of embroidery machines. I could've saved myself a whole lot of time and energy had I stopped in Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse first.The staff was courteous and helpful ,especially Lee, my personal consultant. He assessed my embroidery needs and stitched me up with the perfect machine. I absolutely love my JANOME Memory Craft 500E. I am so pleased with my recent experience at Sewing Machine Warehouse. For this baby beginner, the experience of learning about sewing machines was initially intimidating but the time and attention the staff allowed both over the phone and in the store was so helpful and informative. Lauren did an excellent job of showing me what I needed to know, and helping me make informed decisions. I ended up purchasing a machine and feeling confident that they would be there for support and repair just like they are for my vacuums. It is such a relief to know that customer service is alive and well at this store!

I bought a sewing machine from Sewing Machine Warehouse on 7-27-16. I wasn't sure what I wanted when I went into the shop and Brenda spent a lot of time explaining the features of the different machines and letting me test them. I love my machine and felt very confident in my choice. I went back in a week later and Brenda spent two hours showing me how to use my machine. I highly recommend SMW!

I am highly impressed with the service at Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. I was originally going to buy my Janome sewing machine online but I found out that SVW has a great warranty program for all of their machines. Paul was very helpful. He showed me a variety of different brands of machines that I was interested in and was very knowledgeable about all their features. Never at any time did I feel pressure to buy anything. It was nice being able to look at the machines at my own pace, try them out, and really decide which one would be best for me. I am very happy with my machine and I am pleased with the services Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse offers. They also have a very nice fabric and notions shop attached for everything you need. I will definitely be going back!

I was given an older embroidery machine and knew nothing about what I would need to get started using it. I went to this store and the staff was helpful and informative. They have all supplies you may need and a really vast array of threads. I love their Tuesday special on threads. I would recommend for beginners or those that have been sewing or embroidering for years.

I purchased a brother sewing machine this year and the salesman was a great help. he provided information about all the machines and I made my on decision. he was not pushy and let me make my one choice.

The staff is helpful and knows their stuff. I have taken my machine for repair to other places and have been very frustrated. Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse has all the supplies I need and I LOVE that they now have a great supply of fabric at good prices.

Anyone who loves to sew needs to come visit these folks. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful. They answered all my questions and were very honest.

I have been a customer since 2000 and always been treated well. Yes once in a while someone makes a mistake like we all do, but it is corrected and I am made to feel like the best customer they ever had. I have purchased several sewing machines and a serger. Prices are good and service is excellent. The sewing clubs are a great place to learn and have great fellowship with other folks that sew.

Very helpful in my buying experience of a quilting machine. Knew the products and their capabilities demonstrating some of the stitches. After buying my machine, I went back the same day and bought a cabinet for it. Again the sales staff was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products. Had them deliver and set up the cabinet and am very satisfied with my purchases.
