Had so much fun today! Just purchased my new Continental M17 from Lauren and Pam. What a wonderful experience. I’ve been working with Lauren for over a year with all my sewing machine needs and finally met her in person. Both ladies were so friendly and knowledgeable. They both made me feel at home and comfortable spending a large amount of money in the store. Lauren handled my trade in machine while Pam demonstrated the new Continental M17. Couldn’t have asked for a better team! I’ve shopped S &V Warehouse for years and always find them super friendly, knowledgeable, and I always get a fair price. I highly recommend Lauren & Pam and their team to anyone looking for a new sewing machine.

Marissa greeted me with a smile and salutations upon my entrance through the door. I felt she was expecting my arrival, but I never called. This was exactly my first visit to Sewing and Vacuuming Warehouse.

As a new quilter, Marissa was so patient with me. She spent two hours showing me the options I could possess with my trade in. There was also a pamphlet of coupons. Marissa explained each coupon to me and the items I could secure with it.

All the staff was so friendly! They were so accommodating!

I purchased a Janome Skyline S3 sewing machine today from the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. I had visited the store several times to investigate machines. Brenda was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She spent so much time with me that I feel very comfortable in making my purchase. Thank you very much, Brenda.

Pam was polite and professional on the telephone which made me want to shop there. However, Brenda stole the show with her politeness. SVW had exactly what I was looking for and Brenda gave a quick demonstration of how it worked. I am disabled and Brenda made sure I took regular moments to sit down. This was the best shopping experience I've had in a long while.

My husband decided it was time to replace my 15-year-old sewing machine. Tammy was information and did not repeatedly try to upsell me to more machine than I needed. I have been in the store many times and am always promptly greeted and assisted if needed but not pushy.

Went in to buy a new sewing machine last year. There wasn’t a lot of staff on duty at the time so I had to wait at least 20 minutes till someone became available. That was the worst part. The best part was that the lady who helped me (I forgot her name) was very helpful and very patient in answering all of my questions. I was replacing a 30 y.o. machine and had concerns about these ”new” digital machines. The salesperson talked me thru all the pluses & minuses of digital vs mechanical, and really helped me to narrow down and find the right machine for me.

I visited this very friendly, clean and well-stocked store looking for a new sewing machine. Quinton showed me the machines best suited for my needs. He was very knowledgeable about the machines.
I am pleased with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend this store for anyone in search of a new sewing machine.

Great store. They walked me through the purchase of a new sewing machine and provided training. I also go to the store for quilt material and supplies. Very friendly and helpful.

I went to the Warehouse looking for a Mid-Arm. Everyone at the shop was kind and helpful. Pam was my salesperson and explained to me all the different machines that they had. She arranged financing for me.
There were some inconveniences with the Warehouse getting my machine from the manufacturer that was out of the control of the personal at the store. Nonetheless Shanena moved heaven and earth to get my machine delivered and installed.
Ken showed up to set-up my machine early. He made some suggestions on the location my Mid-arm was going to be set-up at which were an improvement on my original plan.
I received a free training session with Diana. She spent several hours with me showing me everything about my machine. I left the shop confident that I would be able to maintain my machine.

I went in to ask about servicing my old sewing machine. Brenda showed me some of the newer machines in stock and what they could do. I decided that it was time to upgrade. I traded in my old machine and bought a Janome Skyline 6. Brenda was very helpful and knowledgeable. She took time to answer my questions even though the store was about to close. I would definitely recommend the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Will be going back soon to look at fabric. My new machine also comes with a one hour tutorial. That will be quite helpful.

This store is awesome. The employees are very friendly and the selection of sewing machines is incredible. Brenda is a wealth of information on any problems or projects I have had and has saved me from disaster more than once. Lauren is adorable, I didn't know I wanted a new machine lol until she started telling me about them and all of the amazing features. I am excited to start learning how to use my new Brother Innov-is XJ1 Stellaire.

I just bought a new machine. I was given a great price for my trade-in. The staff was extremely helpful. Good Experience.

I recently had to have my Brother sewing machine cleaned and service. The staff was very helpful in making suggestions for cleaning and service in the future. I also was given a demonstration on a new Brother machine that I had inquired about. The staff was very knowledgeable and I did buy a new Brother complete with a date for a personal one-on-one class to learn about the new machine. I am more than pleased with their service.

When it was finally time for a new sewing machine, I knew I wanted to purchase from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. They have a great selection of machines, accessories, fabric and notions. But best of all, they have great sales associates. Elizabeth was great. She showed me some great options and some of the best features of each machine she showed me. There was no high pressure sales. She was happy to answer any questions and her communications with me before and after the sale were prompt and helpful. Every associate I dealt with was helpful and friendly. When making a large purchase it is nice to do it locally where you have a place to go for questions, classes and servicing.

I recently purchased a sewing/embroidery machine from Sewing & Vacuum. The sales staff were very helpful and obviously knew their products well. Elizbeth and Brenda were very patient about answering my questions and they took time to explain the features of each machine I was looking at. I felt no pressure from either of them to make a purchase.

Love this store I’ve been coming here for years. Just recently purchased two Machices.

I love my Janome Memory Craft 9850. I have started to play with it and can't wait to receive my free classes to learn more about it.

Love my machine, staff was very helpful and their service after is amazing. The ladies are very knowledgabe of the machines.

Brenda and Lauren are amazing!! Lauren helped me pick out my new Janine machine and Brenda gave me my one on one lesson to help me learn the machines ins and outs! :) highly recommend!!!

After 40 years my Kenmore went kaput. I was very intimidated by the newer computerized machines, but that ended once I spent a little time at the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. They took time to understand my needs, help me to gain comfort and find the perfect new machine. Thank you!
