Lauren lead us to a fantastic buy on a Brother sewing/embroidery/quilting machine. Great customer service. Training scheduled. Great experience.

Lauren helped me find the perfect machine for me. It is a Janome Skyline and I love it. She is very knowledgeable about the machine and it's manufacturing. The store offers a free one hour class on how to use the machine. I'm going to sign up for it and quilting classes. I've already sewn on the machine and it is easier to understand than I thought. I love it. !!!!!

Just purchased my first sewing machine at their store and was very impressed by the customer service. Vianey was very attentive and helpful answering all my questions. I was also surprised and pleased that the machines I looked at were lower priced in their store than on major online retailers like Amazon. I love supporting local businesses and will happily return to this one!

I have been dealing with Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse since the mid to late 1990’s and have purchased three (3) sewing / embroidery machines from them over the years: a Janome MC 9000, a Janome MC 10001, and a Janome Horizon MC 12000. I just gave my daughter the 9000; still have and use the 10001 and 12000. I have always found the sales staff to be very knowledgeable and most helpful. The ladies that run the classes and clubs are also very knowledgeable and helpful. SVW is my go-to for sewing machine needs.

I have always had a good experience with the associates at this location. I have taken classes put on by the store and they are very well staffed events.

I went to buy an embroidery machine and they were very knowledgeable on all the machines in their store and extremely helpful. After I brought my machine home I started having some problems with what I was embroidering and they had me come in and explained everything to me!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff who can answer any question you may have in regards to sewing, quilting, embroidery and more. They are just as passionate about sewing as you are! I LOVE THIS STORE!! Ask for Lee or Paul.

I took my very old Pfaff in for service and came home with a great Janome machine. I'd been considering a new machine for some time. I'd visited this store a couple times before so knew the people were very helpful. This visit Lee helped me and explained to me about repairing my old Pfaff and what the new machines were like. He demonstrated the features and explained their service policy and trade in policy. The service policy is the most important to me. In the past I'd had my machine serviced at another store and after one month, they still hadn't gotten around to fixing it. At Sewing & Vacuum, I was delighted with the service I rec'd and Lee was knowledgeable and helpful. I love the machine I purchased and felt the price was reasonable. I haven't yet scheduled my 1 on 1 class but will do that soon. I want to spend some time getting familiar with the machine so I get the most out of my class. Overall, a 5 star experience!

I was finally at a point where I was ready to upgrade from my VERY old Kenmore sewing machine. Lee was a tremendous help. He pointed out all the features of the brands they carried, but recommended a Janome based on my sewing needs. I asked him a million questions, and he wasn't fazed one bit; Lee was extremely knowledgeable. I honestly feel like I got a great machine at a fair price.

I've bought two embroidery machines, a table, and lots of supplies here. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always have a great attitude and are willing to help with any questions I've asked. Awesome staff & supplies. Highly recommended!

I went to look at new embroidery machines. Paul Terrell worked with me and my husband and demonstrated every machine we looked at. He was very patient and so knowledgeable about features, differences, and construction. We had looked at another dealership and online. Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse had the best price of all. Definitely a great dealership.

I went in to the store looking for a sewing and embroidery machine and was promptly and warmly welcomed by Lee ...He was very knowledgeable about the different brands on the market, and helped me a lot figuring out just what I came in for! On top of the great warranty offered with the machine, they encourage maintenance with the incentive of adding to the warranty when you bring it in..also offer free 1on1 class on using the machine! Love love my new machine and also love that I have a great support group with these guys! Highly recommend them!

Products are fantastic but the staff is even better! Very knowledgable about everything in store and willing to spend time to help solve challenges you might have. Highly recommend also for Thread Tuesdays!! Good pricing as well.

Very helpful. We just went in to look at machines and Lee told us all about them without being pushy. We ended up going back the next day to purchase. Have been back a few times for supplies and they always know just what I need when I ask.

I've taken my embroidery machine in twice and had great service both times. Once was just to help trouble shoot an issue and they were very knowledgeable!

Very helpful people who really know the machines. Lee answers questions without being condescending. They also sell fabric at very reasonable prices and will help you coordinate colors happily.

Friendly and kind to me. Very knowledgeable about the machine I was interested in purchasing. Very happy with my new embroidery machine. Can't beat the prices on everything. And they have fabric - lots of beautiful brand name fabric. Great prices on fabric too.

I've been to the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse several times to purchase thread and accessories, then my 10 yr old sewing machine broke. Turned out to be a repair that would have cost more than the machine to repair. Totally unprepared, I had to purchase a new machine. Lee was my sales person. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me select a machine that would suit my sewing needs, and I was able to purchase a repacked machine from the fall quilt show. Great store & close to home

I love this place. They take their time explaining their products to where you can understand. I have been in this store for the past two Saturdays. The great thing about this store is they teach you on your machine. Lee and Vianay was awesome. I would recommend anyone looking for a sewing machine visit Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse you will not be disappointed.

I purchased a Janome Skyline S7 sewing machine. Lauren was the young lady that help me she was very helpful and knowledgeable and no pressure to buy. Wt was a pleasant experience.
