Sewing Warehouse has been so helpful in helping me purchase a new sewing machine. I was there 3 times before I decided which one i liked the best. Lee and Chris were extremely helpful and spent so much time with me explaining the different machines. I think I am going to enjoy the Janome S5 I purchased and can't wait to finish the book and do the free one on one with Terry. Thank you for all the help with my decision. Jane H.

The Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse is THE place to purchase a sewing machine, embroidery machine, or vacuum! I have recently taken an interest to sewing and embroidery and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly, Vianey and Terry were more than willing to spend time and educate me on various products offered at this quaint store!

I recently bought an Elna 645 pro serger here and was very happy with the customer service. The sewing instructor came out and personally helped me choose a machine to fit the type of sewing I do most. I visited the store several times before making my final purchase but didn't feel pressured at all. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone.

My husband found this place to purchase some special pressure feet for my singer. We went in just before Christmas and he was actually surprising me to get a new sewing machine. I was shown the Janome Skyline S5 and I was in love. This machine does everything I wished my old singer did and more. The feature of cutting the thread of for me is to die for. It was awesome when I made my daughters prom dress. The staff here is so awesome, very patient with any and every kind of question I could think of and then I got a free one on one lesson to learn how to use my machine at no cost!! If you need a place you can trust that you you can be comfortable with not getting ripped off this is the place for you!.

I just purchase a Jonome New Home DC2015 from them and I LOVE IT! I am so happy with the machine and I can't wait to make all kinds of things. I've already made a few things in the first week of owning it. I was really happy about the service that was provided to me and I would totally recommend it to anyone who is in need of a new machine, repair or even just getting some information. Love the bright cheery store. But, even more than that I was treated like royalty. I went in with a request, literally a list, of what I wanted in a sewing machine. The staff is wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I go in for supplies I always seem to have a question and Lee always has an answer. Would recommend them for all your sewing and vacuum needs.

I found Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse online. The location is not far from me. I went during the week and was impressed with the customer service. Lee was friendly and was able to help me purchase a vacuum. He had answers to all my questions. I was in and out very quickly. The store is clean and organized. I will be returning when I need more vacuums.

Just bought my 2nd Janome machine this week and I love it! Very helpful, informed sales staff without being pushy. Also gave me a trade in credit which was excellent. They are my go to place for anything sewing.
