This is my favorite Sewing Machine store in all of Houston. I worked with Brenda and she helped me select and understand the basics of Janome Continental M7 before I bought the machine. I look forward to taking part in their classes.

Amazing store. Every Person was soooo helpful. Lots of individual attention. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable. Forthcoming with all pros and cons. Ask several questions and did not try to oversell. Quinton was exceedingly helpful.

Great customer service. Lauren helped me to select a new sewing machine because my old machine was not worth repairing. 😕. Knowledgeable and friendly employees.

I made my first visit to this business last Monday and was delighted with the service and availability of products. Brenda knew exactly what I needed and even recommended a few items that have made my hobby even more enjoyable. Brenda spent a lot of time with me explaining how to use the more obscure features of my machine and making sure that I understood. I'll certainly return often, as this business is a treasure to the community.

After decades away from sewing/quilting, I was a bit intimidated to pick it up again. Enter Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. Their friendly staff took the time to listen to my goals and show me a selection of machines which would meet my needs. They ensured me it wasn’t about buying the machine, I was buying them and I am so happy I did. I am having the time of my life doing what I thought two weeks ago was impossible! My sister recommended Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse Houston because she used them for many years before moving to Wisconsin. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I have purchased a Janome and a Brother embroidery machine from them and have been very pleased with both. I highly recommend them!

I have recently discovered this awesome store with all my sewing and quilting needs in one place. The people are friendly and they did beautiful long arm work for me on my quilts! Very happy!

I just purchased my 3rd machine from the Sewing Machine Warehouse. I couldn't be more pleased with the help I received and the selection available. If there are anymore machines in my future you bet I will return there.

I have purchased two Janome sewing machines over the years from Sewing and Vacuum warehouse. I find all of the people here very knowledgeable about the products they sell and quick to answer questions and offer helpful advice. I have no trouble highly recommending them to anyone searching for a new sewing machine or obtaining service to an existing machine.

All the employees are so friendly and helpful. I've bought 4 sewing machines from them, trading up each time. Diana, Pam, Brenda, Marissa, Quentin and Shanana are always so helpful! They also have a great fabric selection. Usually Diana and Pam help me pick quilt fabs, but last time Marissa helped me for the first time and she was really nice too!

This was my first visit to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse and it was a delight! First of all, I got a bit turned around when driving and so I called them from a parking lot to ask if I was anywhere close. Quentin answered the phone and stayed on the phone will me until I was right in front of their door. Amazing! I brought my Luminaire in for service - first time - and was impressed with how quickly he got all the information he needed as well as helping me understand timeframe, etc. All this at a price that was significantly lower than the shop where I purchased the machine. Needless to say, I'll be back with all my machines. This is the go-to spot for sewing and embroidery machines and supplies!

I recently traded in my 2 year old Janome sewing/quilting machine and was pleased to receive 75% back on the purchase price of my machine. I was able to upgrade to a machine that does everything my old machine did and more. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a Brother Luminaire XP2 from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. The employees are super helpful and they have a large selection of sewing machines, embroidery machines, sergers, accessories and fabric. They also sell vacuums and service all sewing and vacuum machines. I highly recommend this company.

Went in to buy a specific vacuum. They were very informative and friendly. Had to wait for the vacuum I wanted to come in (supply chain) but was here in about 10 days. Pricing was excellent! Will definitely shop here again.

I have been going to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse for many years now with my husband since we bought or Riccar Vacuum (great Vacuum) . Every time we go in to pick up bags or have our vacuum service I always mosey over to the sewing machines and look at what they have new. The people here are not aggressive they are very friendly and are willing to spend time answering questions showing me how the machines work. Many time they have filled out business cards for me with information to ponder and research on my own.I took my 30 year old favorite sewing machine in for service because it stopped working. I began to talk with Q and he began to ask me about my sewing habits and I explained that I sewed some clothes mainly costumes and did some quilting for baby blankets for friends and families. He showed me a machine that was comparable to what I was currently used to. as i began talking with him I told him I was wanting to to start learning how to embroider and to up my skills on quilting. He showed me a machine that would meet the needs of all I wanted to accomplish. So I finally purchased my machine. He shared with me that I would get 2 free classes on how to work my machine and I was able to sign up for those back to back. I was very LUCKY to be able to work with Mrs. Brenda! She is Amazing! She answered all of my questions showed me some "Oh No" moments that would occur and how to handle them. In 2 days I was able to come home create an embroidered block that I will probably use in my next baby quilt! I am so excited about my machine and the help from the friendly staff at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse!
