So Glad this store opened in our area. I am amazed at what great service and patience the employees have. I didn't feel pressured or rushed to make a decision. Chris , the employee that helped me with trying to buy a sewing machine was so nice. Much more than I expected and actually help me figure out the machines. You don't get that at Sears or Hancock Fabrics.

I have purchased multiple machines from this business and have been very satisfied with the service that I have received. Any time I have had questions or if something was just not quite right Lee and Cynthia have always been available to fix the issue! I would highly recommend this business to anyone that is either just getting started or has a ton of experience with sewing.

Love this store. The folks there were very patient with me and told my husband and kiddos the exact machine I wanted when they "surprised" with my new machine for Mother's Day-2012. I will return soon to purchase a sewing machine cabinet.

This place is wonderful! Showroom is bright and attractive. Salesman Lee is friendly and helpful. Seemed to have plenty of time for us and felt more like and old friend than a salesman. They have a very good selection of machines on hand to try out. This was a positive shopping experience!!!! I would sure recommend it and look forward to going back for classes with my new machine.

Finally, a place where they actually encourage your questions! When you make a purchase there you feel that you have begun a relationship with an awesome support team.... and that is exactly how they want you to feel!...so refreshing! I cannot imagine why anyone would go elsewhere! Lee listened my "want list" then directed me to the perfect fit. When the price was a bit out of range, he was able to find a refurbished one for me! The minimal cost layaway plan was just what I needed to seal the deal! The free lesson was worth the wait. Add that to their no pressure sales approach and you can't ask for a better experience!

Great place to visit and shop. Staff is awesome, especially Lee. They all know their "stuff" and keep up-to-date with technology and gadgets. I have not yet come in with a question that has not been answered. Lee has many common sense solutions to my frustrating issues. I would recommend Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse to anyone looking for either one.

I looked and looked for the best machine for my money. After finding the Sewing Machine Warehouse I online, I made the hour long drive to the store. This place is AWESOME!! The staff was kind and helpful! Lee was a "no-pressure" sales guy and let me sew on the machines until I found the one I liked. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered each of my questions thoroughly. Went home that day with the Brother Quattro 6000D and I LOVE IT!!

We looked up on the web for a place that might sell accessories for my 20+ year old Singer sewing machine and found the Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. We were greeted at the door and given total attention by Lee, who helped us understand the history of Singer and other machine makers and why what I needed no longer existed. We then were guided into a hands-on experience with several machines, ending up purchasing a new Janome sewing machine. We had the best service in a commercial establishment that we ever had and I would enthusiastically recommend this business to my friends and family. Did I mention that they can also work on my 20+ year old Hoover vacuum cleaner! This is a great place and I will be seeing them for all my needs. Sheree

I took two sewing machines in and neither one was worth repairing. Jason was very helpful to me in finding a replacement. There was no pressure and I left the store to think about it. I returned about an hour later and put a new machine in layaway. I love layaway and they have a very good layaway policy. I can't wait to get my new machine to try it out.

Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse has always been extremely helpful every time I visit them. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The only tiny issue I've ever had with them is their website information. I looked them up online to find their phone number, called using the number listed and no one ever answered. I later learned that the phone number online isn't the correct. They should really change that.

I've been going to Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse for a couple of years now and joined the Janome Club and just love it. I'm made to feel like family whenever I go there. I have a 20+ year old serger that I never had serviced and they took care of it for me. Sewing Warehouse has also serviced and upgraded my Janome 11000. I can get most of my sewing needs here which is very convenient for me. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your sewing needs !

My 34 yr old sewing machine was in need of repair. So, after reading many reviews for service repair shops, I decided to go to S&V - I am so glad I did. Even though my machine was not really worth the repair costs. The closing time was fast approaching, but Jason was very courtesy and patient with showing various machines. In the end, I did purchase a new machine on the spot - part of that decision was Jason's knowledge, honesty, and no-pressure attitude.

sewing & vacuum warehouse is the place to go for sewing machines. I bought 2 within 2 weeks. My old machine was hit by lightening and it cost too much to repair it. So I bought a new one and can't wait to use it. I also bought an embroidery machine from them. They are very nice people. They even bought my old machine and put the money towards my new machine. Thanks sewing & vacuum warehouse. I will recommend to anyone.

I have researched Sewing Machines thoroughly on the Internet and local stores and found the best place for service, sales or just to shop at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. They have the best, well informed, personnel to assist. I got the best advice in my price range without any pressure to move up. I purchased the machine I wanted at a lower price than expected and I heartily recommend them to any and everyone. You will not be disappointed.

I was looking for a new machine on the internet and at chain retail stores and was pleasantly surprised when I went to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Vianey, the salesperson who helped me, immediately asked me what I was looking for in a machine and what my price range was. She was very knowledgable and patient as I tried out all of the features of various machines. She didn't try to up-sell me and even informed me that I could trade in my old machine for credit on a new one, and Ken gave me what I feel is a fair trade in value for my old machine. Also, they will match any price you find online, which is awesome. And you get a free lesson/demonstration with the purchase of any machine, so it's an added incentive to purchase here.

The staff was very knowledgeable regarding my questions about keeping or upgrading my sewing machine. They identified a problem with my machine on the spot. They honored an online price for software for my machine. They were very pleasant to deal with. Thanks
