This is the store to go to! SVW's staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased several sewing machines from them, along with a cabinet and other sewing notions. They have a wide variety of design CD's for the embroidery machines, threads, and other supplies. They also have sewing clubs for the various types of machines that meet monthly and the projects we do are fun and educational.

I just bought my first sewing machine and had the best experience with Lee at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse. He was very helpful in showing me all the options and what would work best for me. Thanks for all your help, will be coming back soon!

I have been sewing for many years. I was in the market for a sewing/embroidery machine. The staff here was considerate and helped me make an informed choice. I am please with the new machine and look forward to dealing with them for all my sewing needs.

I knew very little about sewing machines going into the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse, but Lee was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I am very glad my mother-in-law recommended a sewing machine shop vs purchasing off the shelf at the fabric store or big-box retailer. They helped me understand various machine functions, when I might use certain features, how to thread the machine, etc. I tried out the demonstration model of the one I ended up purchasing while I was there - they have a lot of models to test out. I appreciated the helpful, friendly service and will go back in a few weeks for a class too.

We could never have a more pleasant experience purchasing a sewing machine. When we walked in, we were immediately assisted by a very knowledgable and helpful employee who took us through the entire process. She helped us to purchase the Janome Magnolia machine, which we love. With purchase, we also get a training session that we are very excited about. They are very knowledgeable and patient. When my old sewing machine kept breaking, they explained why and that a plastic machine can't sew through heavy materials without shifting. Jason showed me several machines in different price ranges. While I saved up for my dream machine, he jotted down my info and promised to let me know if someone traded in the Janome I wanted. A few days ago, Jason called me up and said they had a trade-in! It was very similar to what I wanted, and they offered me a good price and a one-year warranty. I am loving my new machine!

Sewing machine warehouse on highway 249 is a great place to take your machine for repairs. The technitian will call you and talk to you specifically about what is wrong with your machine and how much it will cost. They also have machines for sale, and have helped me in the past when I was deciding what type of machine to purchase.

Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse is a great place to shop for a sewing machine. Jason was very helpful and took the time to demonstrate the different machines. I bought the Janome Horizon and love it. I have been very pleased with the service from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. I would highly recommend them.

When my sewing machine stopped working properly, I started searching for somewhere to get it repaired. I didn't want to take it just anywhere and I decided to try Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse because of all the positive reviews, even though it's quite far from where I live. I finally bit the bullet and went and dropped my sewing machine off for servicing today. As soon as I walked in the door, a sales person took the machine for me and walked me over to where a another employee, Vianey, set up my machine to figure out what was wrong with it.



She was very nice and quickly diagnosed what was wrong with it. When the repair price she quoted to me was higher than what I said I'd hoped for, Vianey gave me how I could earn some store credit to defray the expose. So far I'm very satisfied with Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse, and I look forward to getting to pick up my repaired machine. If they do as good of a job as the other reviews suggest, I will be changing this review to 5 stars.

This place is GREAT...I walked in to try to get a repair in which I didn't know what was wrong with my sewing machine....and within 5 min I had a gentleman repairing my machine onsite....GREAT Customer Service and experienced personal.....

Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse is a great honest place to browse and buy sewing machine and surgers. I bought a surger from Vianey. You know that kind of sales person at, let’s say… bass pro shop or REI where they make you feel like a huge moron for not knowing everything and not being a “Pro”. Well I am pleased to say Vianey didn’t make me feel stupid that I didn’t know the proper lingo or that I didn’t’ even know what a certain button did on my OWN sewing machine that I have had for 6+ years. She was honest and very helpful and all the sales people know the machines in and out. I also like that this is a specialty store they know their trade. I also LOVE that they offer free classes when you buy a machine. Im not too proud to take them up on that! All and all a great experience and im happy with what I bought.

Pleasant experience purchasing the Brother 2800 Innovis embroidery and sewing machine. Had to take the machine in for a checkup and Jason made the emboidery machine run better than when I bought it new. They really know what they are doing!!

Sewing and Vacuum warehouse has served me well a couple of times this past 6 months. First, they cleaned my high school sewing machine from 1985. It's a Montgomery Ward brand. Though the store has been gone for years, the machine is back in great shape. A few months later, Cynthia gingerly helped to fit it for some quilting feet. Thank you for have the knowledge and supplies to help as I take up this new hobby.

I just purchased my second machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. Three years ago I purchased an Embroidery Machine there. I go in periodically to get accessories for it. I was pleased with the service so when my sewing machine broke, I went looking for a new one. After trying several different models, I decided on a combination sewing/quilting machine. It was an excellent choice. Thank you Cynthia for your knowledge and patience during the class. I look forward to many years of enjoyment with both machines. I would recommend the Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse for your Sewing Machine needs.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They helped me find the sewing machine that would fit my needs at a great price!

They helped me find the Sewing Machine that would work best for my needs. Took their time and did not try to up sell me. Got a free lesson on how to use the machine. Cynthia was a great teacher.

Sdewing Machine Warehouse not only has top brands in sewing machines and

vacuum cleaners, it also has people who can give you good advice. They offer

special classes in quilting and have a vast array of thread, patterns, and other

needed sewing items.

We had an extremely pleasent experience during our visit. The staff was very knowledgable and helpful. We purchased a new sewing machine and are looking forward to shoppiong here often in the future.

Everybody in this store is so helpful and knowledgeable. If you tell them your make and model number they will literally hand you the foot or accessory you are looking for. If it's not in stock, they can all quote the day it was ordered and when it's expected. I've had machines repaired and purchased new ones here. It's all good.
