I have bought two machines from this wonderful store where I get great customer service. They are courteous and accommodating concerning price range as well as patient in answering my questions. I highly recommend this store.

I purchased a sewing machine for these great folks 21 years ago and it is still going strong! I decided it was time for an upgrade anyway. Lee was very helpful in guiding me to a new machine that fits my needs. He knew his products and was happy to demo and answer my questions. The store is well stocked and the staff was friendly.

Purchased a new sewing machine here. They were very helpful and answered all my questions, and they gave me plenty of time to try out different machines. I also appreciated that I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I wanted to or buy a fancier machine than I needed. Great service overall! I'll be back for sure!

Purchased my first embroidery machine from Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are competetive. They always go above and beyond. I still buy all my supplies from here and am considering upgrading my machine as well.

I am so in love with my embroidery machine!!! I have wanted one for the longest time but was in need of a knowledgeable and patient person to help me so I could find just the right machine. Lee, at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse, was just the person. He is very well educated about all the machines; very patient, and not pushy about making a sale. He always has a smile and jumps at the chance to help you and takes the time to answer all of your questions. The other staff members are also amazing, sweet, and helpful. Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse is now my go to store for everything I need to embroider to my heart’s content.

I had exceptional service there when I bought my machine, followed by an excellent training class by an educated instructor that even walked me through details of embroidery that had nothing to do with my machine. They always have the supplies I need in stock and are very helpful when I have questions. Great staff & very friendly service!

Went into Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse to replace my sewing machine. They were so knowledgeable and helped me pick out a sewing machine based on the projects I do. Definitely worth the trip! I came home with the Janome DC2014. Love it, love it, love it!

A few weeks ago I took my mom's 60 year old Singer sewing machine in for maintenance at the suggestion of a friend. Lee made a few adjustments on the spot and now it is as good as new. While I was there I fell in love with a Brother VE2200 embroidery machine. Lee explained it's features and jotted a price on his business card. Since that visit I researched the machine and pricing. I couldn't find a better price so I went back last week and made my purchase. I couldn't be happier.

Visited today with my wife hoping to replace her old machine that was doing more harm than good to her projects. The salesman, Lee, was extremely helpful, patiently demonstrated several machines, and answered a ton of questions. Lee seemed very knowledgeable about sewing in general, and about the various machines in the shop. No high pressure tactics, and gave us plenty of space to look and try things out by ourselves. We ended up making a purchase that I believe my wife will be very happy with. I recommend this shop.

A vacuum from Richard at the Willowbrook location. He was very helpful and thorough in demonstrating the Riccar R30 Pet. The vacuum does an excellent job cleaning up after my six dogs. I highly recommend the staff at Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse and the Riccar vacuum.

I had a great experience shopping in the Conroe store. Tricia was VERY knowledgeable and helped me fine the perfect sewing machine. I will be bringing all my sewing machines there for service. GREAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE!

I have been very satisfied with the store. I bought my Janome 9900 machine there last year and have had no problems with it. The instore training was great and very helpful. I also very much enjoy the Janome club they offer there. The people there are very friendly and helpful.

I was in search for an embroidery machine and they were very helpful and friendly in helping me find one! Thanks again! I can't wait to start using it!

I have been several times, searching for the right machine for my daughter. We are completely new to all of this. I always had great service with knowledgeable sales people. Today, I purchased the Brother 1250D. I know my daughter will love it and I love the fact that she will get a couple of free classes to help her learn how to take advantage of all that the machine has to offer. We will definitely be regular customers at The Sewing & Vacuum Warehouse.

I bought a Janome 9900 and got Great, knowledgeable service from Trisha, without any high pressure sales. The store offers a wonderful trade–in program and will also give you a great trade-in if you upgrade your machine following a purchase from their store. The best feature is the one hour hands on lesson with your new machine. Trisha also lets you try it out before you purchase and gives you instructions as to how to thread the machine before you leave the store. Trisha is very helpful.

The people in this store have the BEST customer service possible. They are fair, honest and treat their customers like gold. They go out of their way to help and make things as convenient as possible. Love the store, products and employees.

These folks are very knowledgable about their products. And very friendly. I purchased a Brother sewing machine about 2 years ago and have been very satisfied.
