Had one of first times techs out and I am very happy to say, I will be using them for now on, they have some of the most professional employees I have ever dealt with. They are a one of a kind company.

First Time is a honest reliable company that is very courteous, and always one time, and they also seem to go the extra mile for their customers.

Had a very nice friendly tech out, who was very informative and was even nice enough to help me fix my gate leading to the back yard, customer service is awesome.

Great job today!! The young guy who cleaned out our vents was super friendly and took the time to give us some pointers to lower our cooling costs in the summer.

First off i own my own picture studio, so when my a/c stopped working I had many upset customers, so I called a local heat and air company they came out and said all of my equipment was bad and showed me pics of this and that. Well after the tech refused to let me keep a copy of the photos I became a suspicious. So I then called first time and they were out within the hour, and had my a/c up and running for under $300 dollars. And they showed me were my equipment is, which looks nothing like the pics the other company showed me. So for future references just because a big name company has all sorts of TV ad's and such doesnt mean they are a good company, so my advice to everyone is do research on companies first, and First Time is definitely one I trust and will be using for now on.

Absolutely great services, they explained everything to me so it made it easy to understand what they were talking about, and even went through the trouble of showing me what the part was doing and how I could tell it was bad, very professional company.

I had a great young man out today who was very knowledgeable. Cleaned up my A/C to get it prepared for this heat I know will be arriving this summer. Great job!

Rick came out this morning to do my OGE tune up and he was so wonderful. He showed up on time and called beforehand to let me know he was headed my way. We went over all my old repairs since I was considering upgrading to a new system. He gave me such a great quote, much better than any other compaines. I will be using this company on any and all plumbing, heating and air needs! Great job!!

I want to start by saying thank you to all the First Time employees who did so much to get my A/C working before the heat sky-rockets up. Not only were they able to come out the next day, they fixed my issue when other companies said I would have to wait weeks plus for a complete new system! When they say "Before spending a dime, let us do it right the First Time" they were not joking! Call First Time Plumbing, Heating and Air!

Brandon came out to do a spring tune up..VERY Polite guy. He went up in attic through inside the house and some insulation fell all over carpet. Told him not to worry about picking it up, but he insisted. He was very courteous and did a great job! will always use and recommend this company!

I called today for a service call to find out they close Sundays do to religious services.That might not mean much to alot of people but I respect that so much.They at least answered the phone call to inform me and scheduled me first thing in the morning. God bless, I await your service and will recommend this company. Just thought people should hear my view on a company that stands on what they believe.

The owner of the company put a Heat and Air unit in my house several years ago. Great service and I can't be happier with the unit .Extremely energy efficient .Very thourogh with yearly maintenance . I would not hesitate to use or recommend this company. Our family has found the company for our future heat and air,plumbing needs.

Awesome plumber .... Johnny is very knowledgable and polite. He was very respectful of my house. He was very thorough and repaired my hot water tank quickly. He later returned to repair my slab leak. He found the leak and repaired that day. I can't say enough how much I appreciate this company and their professionalism.

First time is outstanding. Jerry came out while we were in all these tornado warnings. While Norman was being hit. Called a few companies and most said they can come tomorrow , and few said for over a hundred just to drive to my drive way. He fixed my unit very quickly an for a great price. I'll be recommending this company to all my friends and family.

The technician had a great attitude and took the time to respond to my questions. I appreciated the promptness of getting the appointment scheduled and being on-time during the window for the appointment. I would definitely recommend their services and will be using them in the future.

very pleased with rick's service, he came and performed the og&e tune up on our home, and after he entered out home, he took his shoes off so he wouldnt get my carpet all dirty, and even though my units are only about 2 years old I noticed him thoroughly checking every detail even the thermostat and in my closet where my a/c is, fabulous service.

the technician candron was very knowledgeable in everything he did. would recomend to any one with any heat and air problems.

After dealing with a company I have used for many years, I decided to try another company just to see the difference, and make sure all these years were worth the money i spent.. and sadly it wasnt. There seasonal check ups were twice the price, and after watching the tech that came out, they definitely were not as thorough as first time thats for sure. So I know which company ill be using for the next couple of years, thanks rick.
