First Time is a great company! I talked to a different heating and air place, they said they wouldn't be able to come out until next monday. It is supposed to be hot all week, that was not going to cut it. I called First Time today and they came out TODAY! Awesome company!

Got a great price from First Time for them to fix my garbage disposal! Plumber came out and fixed it a lot faster than any other plumbers I have used. Awesome job!

Had this company out for a OG&E tune up, and I might say, I was a little skeptical. After going over everything with the office staff as well as the technician when arriving, I will be using this company for any future services. Very customer oriented.

Got recommened First Time for my a/c by my boss. I was pretty impressed by how fast they were and also that they didn't half a** it like a lot of other companies I have used before. Went through everything they were needing to do and some more. Can honestly say I will be prepared for this summer now. Would recommend to any one needing a/c serivce for this summer.

I like the fact the tech asked if their is anything else he could do, to assure he has done everything in his power to know that I received great service. Also liked the fact the office called right behind the tech,and asked my opinion, and if their is anything they could do to improve their company. I've read the reviews on this company and I know its hard to please everyone,we all know that. But from what I experienced ,this company has policies in place to make sure the customer is pleased. I can now see why all the post ,and predict their will be many more. They asked me to post my opinion to yellow pages, their you have it.

The technician that came out was friendly and polite, and fixed the issue with my a/c and also was nice enough to even let me know the age of my air conditioner since I am not the original home owner and was curious to its age.

The techician that performed my a/c tune up was awesome! He was on time, polite and explained everything he did in detail. i will definitely use this company again & recommend to others.

Quoted price changed when tech arrived. Tried to charge quoted price plus annual service charge. On phone price was including annual charge. Finally agreed to do for original price when I stated we would get someone else. Also poor cleaning of air conditioner coils cleaned but left leaves in and around air conditioner. Would not use again!

Ive had both eric and rick at my home and both gentlemen were exceptional, and joy to have in my home.

Had a great tech (Brandon) out today that preformed a tune up on my a/c so it would work the way it is supposed to. He did a great job, very kind and well mannered. If First Time's other employees are like him, than this is a great company! If I could put more stars I would.

Had first time out to service my air cooler and man they did a good job, they were very proffesional and kind, and asked me if i had any questions and even once they left the home the office called to see how the tech did and if i had any thought or concerns, thats something thats gonna stick with me for a long time, customer service is excellent.

Little late on my review but its better late than never. I had install out to put in a 4 ton system for me, they did a great job! It was much cheaper than I ever expected, they arrived on time, let me know exactly how they were going to go about installing the equipment, which I appreciated. Very good job First Time!

Had Johnny and tyler out to clean my ducts, and they did a fantastic job, they made sure not to get anything dirty, i watched them clean each boot and each duct, they were very thourough and very polite, i highly recommend them.

First Time plumbing, heating and air has got to be one of the best companies I have ever used. The customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced. My unit was going bad and every company I called offered me some ridiculous price! First Time gave me a great deal, much lower than other companies around. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
