Great service, had brandon out and he informed on things about my system I never knew such as how heat pumps have an emergency heat mode, that you use when the weather is below 40 degrees, wish i would have known that when it was cold outside.... but brandon was great.

Had rick and candron out for an OG&E tune up and they were phenomenal, great service, and nice gentlemen.

Had the plumber ronnie come out and snake my drain, he was very professional and courteous.

had a technician out by the name of Eric and he was by far the most informative technician I have ever had at my home, very pleased

Candron was fast, efficient and very technical. good service

Brandon was prompt and took care of the problem with no hesitation.

After hearing first times ad's on the radio i decided, to have them come and clean my air conditioner for me and wow my system and filters were dirty!! But the tech was nice enough to show me where my filters are and how to access them, and cleaned my system and told me the harm that a dirty system can cause to your system, informative.

First off its hard to find a company that services the Newcastle, Blanchard area especially without charging some sort of extra trip fee. So the fact they only charged me $59.95 for the trip charge and no extra hourly fees as well.

Had first time come out and unclog a toilet for me and then we got to talking about my hvac system, and then Johnny let me know that if I get both service performed then I can qualify for a discount, so not only did johnny perform a great service, so did Eric. I plan on using first time for now on.

Had a tech come out and fix my a/c for my mom's house and the tech that came out was superb, very good service.

Had Johnny the plumber come out and fix a few leaks on my faucets, and even helped me hook up the dishwasher even though there company doesn't technically work on them, but the smallest gestures of kindness that johnny showed was outstanding, and the fact that he talked to me like a person and not just another client really made me and my wife feel at ease, Outstanding service's.

very impressed with how professional first time is and that there techs know how to make it easy to understand, and when they find the issue they dont mind explaining how the part is involved with your issue. Very customer oriented company thats for sure, they even gave me call after the tech left to see what i thought about the service and If i had an thoughts or concerns, and no other company I have dealt with has ever done this before, it surprised me but feels good to know I had a customer oriented company at my home.

After having issue after issue with my a/c year to year, I decided to call first time instead of my company i usually use, because they could never seem to actually fix it for me. The technician came out and informed me my unit would never work the way i wanted due to the hail damage on the outside unit, and he even went through the trouble of showing me how this damage can cause my unit to not work correctly and then quoted me a price to replace my entire system. Best part is though they quoted me a better brand, with a higher seer rating, with a better warranty then the company I have been using for YEARS, and after having it installed I can say I am gonna be a lot cooler this summer!!!! Spectacular company

Every time I use First Time I have the best experiences. They are the most professional company, always on time, give their customers a warning when they are headed out and have the lowest prices. Great company!!!

Had First Time out for the first time recently and I must say that I have never been more impressed with a company. Very professional in the way they run the place, between schedule adherence and all around politeness. After the tech (Eric) looked around he showed me a leak which would need to be fixed. He gave me a very reasonable price on replacing my whole system! And they scheduled it right away!! Great business! Will be suggesting this company to everyone!!

Had first time come back out to service my unit after they installed it 2 years ago, and yet again they surprise me with how customer oriented they are, by far the top company in Oklahoma City, if not Oklahoma.
