Very very happy with my service!! In all actuallity I was dreading having to have a tech come look at my unit, because the cost to fix or replace is outrageous! But when the guy came out he found the problem and got it fixed for way cheaper then what the last guy charged about 5 years ago, and I doubt the price on parts has gone down at all, but anyway for now on ill be using first time to for my heat and air needs, and maybe even plumbing.

Although I was not personally there when the tech came out to the home, but my house keeper was, and after listening to her and how she kept saying how great first time's technician was I figured I would look up some information online about them, and then i realized they are one of the only companies that seem to have any ratings, plus all 5 stars. So with that said I felt like they deserved another, and hopefully in the future I can actually be home, too see for myself why all the hype.

Had a young man come out and peform an OG&E inspection on my fathers house, and after dealing with several others companies in the past I was very nervous and skeptical about how he may try to sell us a new unit as they all did, but when he came out he showed us what he cleaned and informed us about how our unit seems to be operating perfectly and even was nice enough to give us the age of the unit so we would know in the future. First time definitly deserves high ratings, absolutely great service.

Had a technician out and turns out they had to order a part for more unit, but they let me kow they had to express ship it since it was coming from the east coast, and they called me as soon as they got the part and had the tech back out within a couple hours, A+ company

Service was easy to schedule and the tech was on time. The service tech (Rick) did a great job and kept us informed of any problems that we had with our aircondition unit. I would recomend First Time to anyone. Thanks for such good work.

Great service, had an issue with another company, after they took 3 trips to look at my unit and still couldnt fix it, so finally i called first time and they took care of the issue and even got me signed up for a free fall tune up, and wasn't even close to the cost of the other companies first trip. Great service

I have use a big local company .They were my company for three years till my wife asked ,why everytime they come out they say we need a new unit? So i call FirstTime out and have used them several times with Heating ,plumbing issues and my a/c . This company is in it for the customer. They go above my expectations everytime.I would recommend them to anyone needing any of these services. I just tried their duct cleaning and it was amazing. I didnt get a twenty min job. They took their time and did a great job at a fair price.

This company takes the time to listen to my needs and then build around what I want not just what they want to sell. they are very professional and I really like how right after the Job someone from the office calls and makes sure i am completely satisfied with the work that is done.
