Got here when they said they would and were quick to find the problem and told me exactly what all my options were. Very good deal for the advice given and work that was done.

I have used First Time for four years. They are responsive, solve the problem and very friendly. They have installed a 2.5 and 5 ton system at my home. We are very pleased.

Best heating and air service. Economical cost. Personable and knowledgeable. Gives report, and advises what is best for the customer. Now and for Future of systems. Highly recommend.

Had Brandon come out and check my ac for me, turns out I have a leak in the coil somewhere, which is never good news, but the thing that I did like is that Brandon gave me different choices, he didn't try to talk me into some ridiculous price, but gave me a fair price, and gave me a few other options too, which I believe other companies wouldn't do, but overall good service.

Wow this company and their employees definitely set high standards for other people to compete with! Very professional in the way they do business, which I find very important. Wouldn't use another company ever as long as First Time is still around!

I used this company to replace my furnace and AC. What can I say other than AWESOME! My previous AC kept breaking during a terribly hot summer. I deployed and came home. I decided that I needed to replace it. Called my home warranty actually from my deployed location and they sent them straight out. Unfortunately the motor was burnt out. But, they said they could replace it working with the warranty company. So I decided to do a complete upgrade furnace and AC were over 15 years old. I got an amazing deal on the Goodman furnace and AC and when i gave the go ahead they were here within 2 and a half hours. The installers Andy, Nick and Justin went straight to work. From previous experience contractors will spend a good deal of time BSing and standing around figuring what they're going to do. However these guys went straight into it and never stopped to take a break. Install was great, made little mess but it was cleaned up promptly, what little mess there was. They were very polite and were actually pretty funny. Not mention they play some pretty good music while they work. They didn't mind me hanging around watching em and were quick and knowledgeable about any questions I had. My 18 month old daughter was even able to take a nap while they worked. Oh not to mention they were in and out in a few hours and I couldn't even tell they were here except for my house actually being cool. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend this company. And if you can, request Andy Nick and Justin as your installers. These guys were real pro's.

First time is a really great company, everyone i talked to was nice. they came over and serviced my A/C. Brandon was great the nicest guy, he explained everything he was going to do and also talked to me about the price before he done anything. The best thing is this company didn't service out in my area but they made an except and came out anyways, I am EXREMELY THANKFUL for that. I will definitely be recommending this company. Had an awesome tech out today, Rick, who came to see why my a/c wasn't working. Funny thing is that the only thing wrong was a setting on my thermostat. Nice guy!!

Wow! Great techs at this place, have had two of their technicians out to my house! Each was wonderful! Couldn't be more pleased.

Had this company out to just do a tune up on my a/c. I ended up getting a maintenance plan with them because they not only had a cheaper price than my old company but they provided more. The technician was great! I will be referring all my friends to this company!

Technician Candron Alvarado was so nice and very knowledgable and answered every question I had (or offered to find out)! He also made some very practical suggestions and observations that we hadn't thought of before and didnt know - which we very much appreciated! First Time had also been to our house previously (on Jan. 5th, 2012) which I didn't write a review on but should have! I think the techs name was Bradan or Brandon or maybe Broden and last name started w B I think- anyway he was very thorough, took the time to explain things and was also very nice!! Highly recommend First Time P, H & Air!!!

Great company! Came out on time, fixed my coil and didn't charge an outrageous price. Really good job.

I have been shopping around for a price to get a new system, and I must say that First Time is the best and cheapest I have ever dealt with. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and gave me a great quote!! Awesome!
