Johnny and Donnell came out today and repaired a bathtub drain for me. I'm

very pleased with the work they did, as well as with the speedy response to my

call this morning.



I'll be recommending this company to anyone who asks me about a good plumber,

and I'll be using them for all my heating, A/C, and plumbing needs.

They are there when you need them, their technicians are always neat, clean & professional and you can't beat their costs! I've done my research and their prices can't be beat! Affordable,Dependable,Honest,Caring...That is what this company is! I called other companies and got the run around and prices with them were almost doubled! I would recommend First Time Plumbing, Heat, & Air Conditioning LLC to family, friends, or anyone who needs work done by, in my opinion the best out there! There are too many companies are out there just to try and make $ by ripping you off! This company is not one of them.

They were great. I didn't feel like they were just trying to get money out of me. They came out the day I called and fixed our air conditioner and showed up when they said they would. Eric, the technician that came did great work and was very helpful!

Great company, i was very impressed with how quickly they were out and they didnt try to charge me any extra fees like some of the other comapanies have. But overall the customer support was great, the technician took the time to show me what exactly he had to do and why, and made it very easy for even me to understand. Great work! Had to call them out to get my a/c running right since summer is coming up and I have never had better service. They arrived on time, gave me notice so I could be home, and let me know all the work needing to be done and the exact cost! I got quoted a new system and called around just to call back because of their low prices! Every time I called the receptionist always had an answer and were curious. I would recommend First Time to anyone needing the job done right!

This company was referred to me by my home warrenty company last year. As soon as I called they treated me as a long time customer. Very friendly. The tech who comes out to the house is professional and courteous and knows his "stuff". I would easily recommend First Time to anyone.

I needed someone to look at my air conditioning after it started blowing hot air. First Time came out Thursday and fixed it quickly. Their price was reasonable and their serviceman was extremely pleasant as was the office staff. I have already recommended this company to a friend who will be calling to get hers checked out next week.

Very very impressed with this companies service, they answered all my questions, and didnt just tell me a bunch of stuff that i need to have fixed. The tech took the time to show me exactly what was wrong and what it would cost, so before I said yes i called and got a few over the phone prices and I definltly had first time take care of my issue.

Great company, I am very impressed with how good of service they provide, my only downside is I am now moving to another state and It'll be hard to find another company I can deal with that has such good service as first time.

First Time Heat and Air is cool!!!! Seriously, they are the best company I have ever used! They are prompt, professional and extremely trustworthy. Work is always done right the first time! The technicians are well trained. They complete the job as quickly as possible. If you have questions after the service call is completed, the technician returns your call as soon as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quick and accurate service.

I recommend First Time to everyone. When my air conditioning went out, I called First Time and they arrived promptly to fix the problem. The tech, Eric was very professional, explained my options, and was quick to repair the system. First Time did a great job.

This company is first class, professional, and I would definitely recommend them. They were on time for my appointment. Their service tech Jerry was very knowledgeable and courteous. They quoted me a price, did the work and actually did a few extras for no cost. They will be the ones I call when soon when i go to replace my old inefficient A/C unit this summer.
