After being without a/c since last year when my compressor went out and being quoted upwards of nine thousand dollars for a new system, I decided to put in window units, but after considering the fact its gonna prolly be another 110 degree summer I called first time out and they were able to get me the same system I was quoted for around 6 thousand, 3 THOUSAND Dollars less!!!!! And they helped me with financing as well, A+++ company

Never heard of First Time before I heard about them on the 101.9 The Twister. It just so happened that I needed a plumber, so I gave them a call. They were able to come out that same day! Which is a lot better than other companies who want you to wait at least 2 business days, so if it were a Friday, I might have been stuck all weekend. The plumber was a great guy, showed me exactly what he was doing and made sure everything else was going to be working great! Based on this I will be using First Time for any needs whether it be heating, air, plumbing or duct work. Awesome company!

Had first time come out and perform a check up on my air conditioner and while they were here they informed me of there service plan, which is 129, versus the company I was using in the past was 179, and i feel like i honestly got better service with first time, very impressed with there work ethics.

Had a nice young man that came out completed my OG&E tune up! Any questions I had he answered for me in a way that I would understand. Great office staff as well, they are always polite every time I call! Great company, I will use them for any future services.

Had Brandon out this morning to fix my a/c when it stopped working. He did a great job, on time, and explained it in a way I could understand. Good companies hire good people, so that tells you something about First Time. Great company

This company is awesome! Such low prices that any other company you call won't even stand in comparison. I just started using this place and I am already blown away by how courteous they are! I will always use First Time for any plumbing, heating or air needs! Great job guys!

Heard company on the twister. So I called them to come check out my unit. First impression was this will be a great company. After they serviced my unit I was amazed with the politeness and he took off his shoes to come in my house. Hello everyone why look any further ,here is your company.

Out of all the companies I have ever had to work with when it comes to heating and air or plumbing, this company has gone beyond my standards! From friendly office staff to courteous technicians this place couldn't be any more professional. I have used their services for some time now and I will continue to. Great job First Time!!

Technician came out today to find out why my a/c wasn't working properly. Not only did he clean out my system and make sure it ran correctly, he explained some steps to take to keep it that way. Very good technician, very informative.

first time came out this morning to check my a/c for the summer, I had to leave pretty early so it was good when they said they would work around my schedule. a lot of companies don't put their customers first. i will recommend people call them the first time.

After having 4 companies at my house trying to convince me my unit needed to be replaced I finally called first time and they were able to fix it for me in five minutes, now they did advise me it does need to be replaced but its not a health hazard or anything and I dont have the money for a new one sitting around, so it means alot they would at least get it working for now while i try and find the money.

Had my a/c up and running in no time, and got signed up on a yearly maintenance for half of the price of the company i used last year.
