Dear Associated Supply Company,We made dinosaurs, sky scrapers, robots, galaxies, super novas and printed Wednesday night dinner recipes. This is my second year to order ink from Associated and they are prompt in service and accurate in their price quote. I keep their info handy so i can tell them what I need.

We have been using Associated Supply for our cartridges and they are wonderful to deal with! Great company!

Why would you rely on reviews linked directly from the company website? Run your own web search on the company name and check out the top results.As for me, I've been scammed in this manner before, and I will never do business with them again, nor do I recommend that anyone else do so.Just so you know, the tonor I got was good. But I was charged more than twice the going price for new cartridges, and had quite a lot of trouble getting in touch with a rep to have them returned.

I have been using printer ink for my business for over a year now. They have prove to be reliable and are very prompt in addressing any issues that have come up. I appreciate my rep. James who is professional and courteous. Since I've had such great success, I've started buying for my personal printer. I also appreciate the "perks" in receiving the gift cards and the price reductions in paying early!

I ordered ink and it was defective and I had to pay to send it back, still haven't recieved my replacement cartridge yet.won't be using this company again.

Tried the first ink cartridge. Wouldn't print and now the printer won't work at all. So now I have a new printer and will never use Associated Supply Company ink cartridges again.

I have been very pleased with both the product and customer service. The only time I had a problem, they sent replacement cartridges and I returned the defective ones. No jumping through hoops.

The company "Associated supply company inc." based out of Las vegas nv is infact a scam. Telemarketing to businesses for ink and supplies for business. Do not oder from anyone that calls or apply with this company.

I first tried ASC in Jan. of this year after 3 calls from a young woman by the name of Renee. She was very polite and kept saying there is no obligation to try my product and she was so sure I would like the performance I would order again. I thought to myself "I have heard this before" but I gave in and I am sure glad I did. I ordered 2 Toners for my HP 4200. I was ready to start a large print job and figured now is as good a time as ever to try it out as they were 28.00 cheaper than what I could buy at the local office supply store. I have been using the same cartridge for 3 months now and It looks as good as it did the first day I put it in. - Thank you ASC - Your saleswoman was correct - I sure will order again !!!!

Associated Supply has been my supplier for 3 years. Customer Service handles any issues immediately without question. I pay my bill a month and a half later over the phone and always get a discount when I pay a day or two early. No hidden fees, no auto shipping games and I know when I call I won't get shuffled to a call center overseas. They are right here in the United States. When switching up my printers, I know I can call and get good advise for my business needs and price quotes on the supplies to help me decide. I've tried internet companies in the past but know I can rely on Associated Supply as they've been around for over 20 years and back the products they supply. Associated Supply Company has been a great way for me and my employees to order supplies. They always get me what i need fast and at a great price. I would recommend this company to any one of my friends or business members.

I was contacted severall years ago, by phone(which i usually dislike), by this company andinitially was very skeptical. But since it was late '07 the economy was rough, especially for my small advertisising company, i listened to the lady. She was friendly and smart and within a few minutes i found out about toners that were way longer lasting but no one had told me about, even the guys at saples never told me! I now do my spring newletter and fliers at a fraction of the price it used to cost me and I'm saving money every month on invoices and inventory printouts. I verry glad i gave them a coupleminutes of my time so many years ago!! mucho gracias associated!
