I was a pit leery of trying the ink that was not my usual HP brand. I have always for years now gotten my ink at Costco. I figured I could try it once and see. sometimes change is good. I have to say I am nothing but pleased. My husband was floored that I even agreed to try it. I asked him a few days ago to print some stuff out and asked him what he thought of the papers. He looked kinda funny as I was asking him to look at what he had just printed. He was being a dramatic saying it was the best printing he had EVER seen and on and on. I told him it was that new ink and they cartridges had been in for about 3 weeks. He looked again ( very serious this time) Then he opened the printer handed me the paper and said "You schooled me I really just thought you had not put them in yet. Looks just like the HP ones"
I have been getting my printer ink from Associated Supply since about 2007. Have always had great service from them. When my printer quit and I had left over ink from old one, they took the old ink back and replaced it with the new printer ink. Really like working with this company even though I don't by a big amount they still appreciate my business.
I've relied on Associated Supply Company for my office products since day one of my business. Even though I don't place extremely large orders, they always make me feel like I'm their #1 customer. That's why I keep going back!
When I received this call I was Oh No, not another sales call but as I listened to her talk about her company I was intrigued. I told her I did not have time to really discuss details and to e-mail me. JOELLEN was apprehensive but took my email address. Low and Behold, I actually got an email from her, explaining the company and how it operates. I responded with my own apprehension with information on my needs for the supplies I needed. Within 24 hrs she responded with quotes for what I needed. I called and spoke with her again and she made me feel comfortable with everything. I have since received my products which are working very well and everything she told me has been truth. Very refreshing.

Scammed!! I received a phone call to receive toner cartridges and if they don't work for me I can have them returned at their expense. The toner arrives in old looking boxes and I have not had the opportunity to try them when they called for payment over the phone so I said I want to return them before I found out they wouldn't work for me. I was then told I would be responsible for a 15% restocking fee and return shipping and I was promised by the supervisor in the beginning they would pickup the full expense of the return in any scenario. Just wanted to warn people to be highly cautious when using this company they were dishonest with me and hung up when I argued my case with them.
My rep, Mary is the best. Always courteous and very helpful.I would give her five stars every day. Thanks,Mary.
The worst phone call I received. The sales rep was a jerk, pushy, threatening and represented his company in the worst way possible.
The first girl I spoke with, Kayla, was polite as ever until she put her supervisor on for some help since she was new. Well, her supervisor should definitely take a lesson or two from Kayla about customer service since he had absolutely no tack nor respect. Clearly, he did not want new business so obviously he did not get it from our business. How can you be won over by someone who undermines your position and literally taunts at someone he doesn't even know? And he wants my business? Get out of here! DO NOT fall for their rudeness. Lol!
oh no i hoped this wouldn't happen but it did. when i agreed to get two cartridges at a discount price the sales person told me she would send the name of a place that would pay for the old cartridges, but didn't. when i called the company to find out about the payback place nobody new anything about anything i asked or who my sales rep was...sad!
Sam has been my rep for at least 5 years and is always upbeat,courteous and professional. I have been purchasing long life laser jet printer heads and copier toner and am always pleased with pricing and delivery terms. I am committed to shopping locally but Sam makes these supply choice and no brainer!! Thanks a million sam and Associated Supply!!

I finally responded to the unsolicited phone calls from this company. Offered a "FREE Trial" of Xerox type wax ink. Gave my credit card for future orders then was charged for the free order. Called them up. The sales guy said, "No it wasn't a free trial you just got a discount by paying with a credit card." Nothing like changing your story.Beware!I decided to return the items. After several phone calls, "call this number," "They're not in today; I'll have them call you later." Finally did call and say they would refund the money. Then, some manager type called and offered me a discount to match Xerox's prices. I accepted. But, now, 24 hours later. No refunded discount has appeared on my credit card.Will it ever?Caveat Emptor when you attempt to do business with these people.
I RECEIVED MY 21XL & 22XL INK CARTRIDGES AND WHEN I PUT ON IN IT LASTED FOR ABOUT 200 SHEETS OF PAPER. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY HAD BARRY FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL ME AND HE SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME. I SPENT $126.00 ON INK CARTRIDGES THAT WERE USLESS. I COULD HAVE GONE TO SAMS AND SPENT THAT MUCH AND THEY WOULD LAST FOR A COUPLE WEEKS. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. ITS NOT WORTH THE SO CALLED SAVINGS.
My small business has received three orders so far from Associated Supply Company. The supplies are delivered very quickly and they stand behind their products. When there are sales, they call me - when I'm overwhelmed and can't talk, they don't hassle me and call back at an arranged date and time.I was wary of using anything but original Brother products as my printer is VERY sensitive and loves to give me a shutdown notice with other products, but it accepts the Associated Supply ones just fine.Did I mention their customer reps are the nicest out there? I don't write reviews, but felt I had to mention this company goes above and beyond others.... so I'm a customer for life.
Just received my 3rd order from Associated Supply Company. We have several different printer/copiers in our business and spend an obscene amount of money on ink. We do Not use any refilled or refurbished ink. So when first quoted their prices which on some machines were about 60% less I was a bit skeptical but with the offer he put on the table I had nothing to lose and as promised it was just as good quality as Hp, lasted longer and cost less. I wont order from anywhere else again. Granted as soon as you pay off one invoice they can tend to be a little pushy getting you to place another order but theres nothing wrong with saying no until your ready.
My Mother was scammed by James, phone salesperson, on 8/5/13. She has a new HP printer and the starter ink had run out and James called at the perfect time - when she needed more ink. James told her their ink was as good as, or possibly better than, HP ink. What she failed to realize is if something happens to her printer while it's under warranty, HP will not honor the warranty because original HP ink was not used. I was able to get original HP ink at WalMart for LESS than this company charged. (They profess to have better prices for ink than anywhere else!) My Mom was told by James she had 45 days to try the product before payment and if she didn't like it for any reason, to return it and no charges would be billed. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS! She received the 1st bill 8/13/13 and the 2nd bill 9/12/13 with numerous calls in between. The package was delivered on a Saturday and she returned it to the post office the following Monday, 8/12/13, unopened. The postmaster marked the package 'Refused' and sent it on its way back to Las Vegas. Today this scam company called her again saying she needed to make the payment because the product was not received back at the plant. My question is, how did they know she had returned it and not used it and just hadn't paid the bill yet? Again, beware of this company. I have also read other reviews where this company fraudulently turned folks over to a collection agency even though the product was returned and received. Also, customer service is a joke. I tried to called them twice today and NO 'real' person answered. Instead, I was told to leave a message and they'd call back. Companies like this make it hard for honest companies to sell their product. Giving this company 1 star is a stretch, but I wasn't allowed to give zero stars.
We just received our second order, on time as promised. We find the product to be good quality and price, just as described by the sales representative.

Phone solicited sales are usually not what we need to interrupt our productivity, however the sales reps are knowledgeable and to the point. Product ships immediately and is what they say it will be. I have not had any issues to date with performance of their cartridges. They even recommended a used cartridge buy back company for recycling. Kudos guys.
I have been a customer of Associated Supply forseveral years. Most of the time I have been satisfiedwith their products. If not they have always made theeffort to make sure that I was. They have always replaced orrefunded .
