I've been using Associated Supply for many years, and I've always had the BEST service from them. I get my toners promptly and at a great price. I once had a cartridge spread red toner through my printer, and Associated sent me a new cartridge immediately! Ask for Sam for friendly and exceptional service.

As many noted the initial sales call was aggressive, but the rep was not rude. I made a purchase and received the cartridges shortly after paying. About a month later my existing ones had run out and I installed the ones from associated. Much to my dismay the first two color prints I made were terrible. I emailed the company to inform them with low expectations. More than a month had passed and I expected them to tell me to go pound sand. To my surprise a very friendly rep named Barry got a hold of me and offered to replace the cartridges no questions asked. I agreed to mail in the originals so they could troubleshoot - which tells me that they are interested in product/quality improvement. Anyhow I printed an alignment page and a cleaning page and all that junk so I could send them some evidence of my issues. In doing so I realized it was my printer that was the problem the whole time. I travel with it often so it gets banged around a bit. After running the diagnostics it was printing perfect color once again. In fact I ran a borderless photo through it and the quality was comparable to the HP Photo Ink that I paid 2x as much for. Anyhow I am very impressed with Associated Supply. Their initial sales may be on the pushy side but I can honestly say they stand behind their product, and that is more than you will get from most these days!

there's a guy named Sam....this guy is my sales rep. he's one of coolest reps I've ever talked to, he's always helpful, has great products, he's knowledgeable, funny. I feel bad if I don't need anything from him & have to tell "no thanks". I kinda get the impression the whole company may be like that...just a hunch... thanks Sam.

I have never had any toner give me the output for my Brother printer as the toner that they have. Very satisfied with the product and the services of Steve West.

Their claims about the quality of their product is overly exaggerated... basically failed with a few days of usage. Trying to reach a representative is nearly impossible! Customer service does not exist at this company. Once they have your money, they can care less about you. I feel totally scammed by the company; they definitely do not stand behind their products. What a total waste of time and money. They over-promised and definitely under-delivered. Not surprised this filthy company stems from Las Vegas.

The pushy salesperson was doing her job. Making false promises of 90 days, that it would it be expedited (I was changing my cartridges at the time and was going to use the ones she was sending me, but it took a week and I needed to print before then. So I wasn't going to pull out my fresh Epson cartridges out so I can try these reconditioned cartridges). When i received the package the shipping slip had absolutely NO information on how to contact them; no address, no phone number, no email. I went online to find the information and contacted them immediately. I went to the post office and had the box of ink cartridges sent back the same day i received them on 8/19/13. Yes, I paid for shipping and I was even courteous enough to email them the tracking number. The box was tracked and it said it was received on the 8/21/13. Today i receive an invoice that says i have 60 days to pay. Backdated to the day I was pushed into getting these cartridges 8/9/13. Obviously, they disregarded my email and the tracking number I sent them, and expect me to pay $160.50 for ink cartridges I never used and returned. Would never work with a company like this.

I am very happy with both the product and pricing. The cartridges last and if there is a problem with one not working, they credit my account instantly with not hassle (nothing to send back, etc.). Both my rep and their accounting staff are always very helpful.

I HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS WITH ASSOCIATED SUPPLY FOR SOME YEARS NOW! THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ATTENTIVE, AND MY PRODUCE ALWAYS ARRIVE QUICKLY, AND I NEVER HAVE TO CALL AND ASK WHERE IS MY ORDER, GOB WELL DONE. I NORMALLY BUT HP 2035 LASER JET CARTRIDGES, BUT HAVE BOUGHT OTHER PRODUCTS, AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO! THANKS FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE

A Sales Rep had called and told me about their great products and that I wouldn't have to pay if I wasn't satisfied. The rep said I had 45 days to pay and it was risk free, she was very pushy and wouldn't take no for an answer. When I got the callback to set up shipment, I said I didn't want to order anything. And the rep told me to just order cause I was getting free ink. Well needless to say I'm not satisfied at all with their customer service or ink. So I called back to get the ink picked up and the rep said I would have to pay at my own cost! What a joke! Never doing business with them again.

I have 2 HP printers running their ink for about 2 years and have had a great experience so far. The 1 defective unit I got was replaced no problem. A couple shipping problems would be my only complaint, but they were resolved with nothing but a phone call and a free shipping label.

I was solicited by a pushy salesperson to try the cartridges at no cost, and if I didn't want them they could be returned at no cost to me. After seeing the invoice, I started looking around and found they were charging me at least 3 times the going rate. I indicated I wanted to return them, and was shocked to find out I would have to do so at my own cost. Bait and switch.
