I've been coming to this store for 10+ years. I've purchased a couple of different machines from them over the years, and they do all of the service on my machines. It's a 25 mile drive for me, but I wouldn't go anywhere else! Their policy of a guaranteed trade-in amount if you are diligent about having them do the annual service is wonderful!

I have an older model sewing machine and needed assistance finding a presser foot. Vianey took the time to answer all my questions and demonstrate how to attach equipment to my machine. She was very helpful and accommodating.

I have bought a Janome Sewing Machine from this great business, and really appreciate the service from all the nice employees - they are always willing to help me when I go in.....

I purchased a Janome Memory Craft on line. I took it into this store for instruction on connecting to a laptop. Vianey was very helpful and took the time to explain everything that we needed to know. I will continue to come to Sewing and Vacuum Warehouse for my future purchases.

I happened upon this store by chance. From the moment you walk in the door, you are welcomed. Every person in the store is very knowledgeable about their products. No matter how many questions you ask, they have the answers and are so polite. I found their prices to be right on, and their warranties are great. Anytime you call with any question at all about your product, they are very willing to help you out by telephone right then. I highly recommend them.

My husband bought my embroidery machine here 4 years ago and I have been coming for all my maintenance and warranty work since then. They are very helpful, prompt in service, and very reasonable/ competitive in pricing. I just recently had an issue with the card reader/adapter in my machine and they had me taken care of right away and fixed and out the door in no time. Jim was very friendly and helpful!

If you are looking for a sewing machine this is the place. The staff is always friendly and knows about customer service. I have purchased machines from them as well as having my machines serviced. Went in to purchase a specialty foot for my machine and walked out with an upgraded machine. Lee listened to what I wanted in the future and showed me a trade-in at a really good price so I couldn't leave without it. Thanks, Lee.

Purchased both a sewing maching and an embriodery machine form here. They were amazing to work with and each purchase came with a private lesson. Cynthia gave the lessons and did a fabulous job! I found exactly the sewing/embroidery machine I wanted and for several hundred dollars less than I had been quoted at another business, plus I was given credit for my old sewing machine, which was 20 year old. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I could not be happier.

I live out of town but anytime I come to town I go there for supplies and to find out about anything new. Lee is always there to help. He is very good to my daughter who goes there quite often. Great customer service!

I go to this store or just give them a call whenever I have a question about my Quattro sewing machine or any supplies for it. They always either have the answer or call me back with the answer very quickly. I even had a project for my step-daughter's wedding that was right at the deadline. Lee took the time to set up my machine in thier classroom and let me finish it there in case I had any problems. They always go over and above on customer service!! Great place!!

"Found" this business at International Quilt Festival in Houston in 2007. Couldn't be happier!! Bought my Brother Duetta 4500-D and my Brother Innovis 40 there. Wonderful people!! So wonderful, in fact, that I am a member of both Janome and Brother clubs, and drive 130 miles one way twice a month for club meetings. Knowledgeable staff, great service, and all around nice people!!

I went into the store and was greeted by Lee, he was extremely helpful! I had to order replacement parts for my Kirby vacuum and he didn't know the answer but did not hesitate to call for clarification and pricing for the parts that I needed! He also knew exactly what type of replacement bags I needed as well. He took the time to take my cell phone and email address to contact me with the pricing of the parts, that's going above and beyond! Thanks again Lee!

The staff here is very helpful. It doesn't matter if you are buying a machine or embroidery products. They are very knowledgeable. When they service the machine, they are very prompt!
