My service pro, Nelson, did a fantastic job. He worked on all the areas I asked him to plus the regular stuff he usually works on. He paid attention to detail and was very with thorough.

Sergio is very professional, courteous and patient. Explained the whole process and answered all questions. Explained what was done and what I need to do next. Made sure it is clear that if in between treatments, I find anything inside or outside the house, I can call and they will come out again for free. Can't beat that!

I had such a great first experience with this company! My service pro, D'Anthony was very professional. He answered all my questions and did such a great job. I was very impressed with both the sales guy who knocked on my door and my tech. Both of these young men were so intelligent and well spoken! They represented this company so well! I loved that I got an electronic list of everything D'Anthony did and all the chemicals used. Highly recommend!

I don't have enough words to express how great was our experience with Kenneth this morning. We bought a new home yesterday and he took his time and did an amazing job, this is what I call going above and beyond when it comes to customer service, we didn't even think about checking the attic in our house but he just went up there and took care of it. When he was done with his service he really took the time to explain the whole process in the most understandable way. We, again, are impressed by their service.

Mr Weaver was very attentive to my concerns regarding a recent encroachment into our home in a few areas and I feel he did a very complete job, even applying preventative services where activity was merely suspected as a possible point of entry. He then offered to return if the problem persists though I am happy to report no more sightings even at this early date since treatment. Thank you/ Doug Fox

My name is Kathryn G. and we use Aptive Environmental. Our tech is Laakeem H. He is very professional and knows his job well. He helped rid our home of tiny sugar ants by finding a tiny crack in our brick where the ants entered the kitchen. He also drove to our home last week and worked in the freezing temperatures. He was just as cheerful as he always is, even in the harsh conditions. Amazing tech. Give him a raise!

Always get great service from all their techs. Last tech Laakeem Henderson was very professional and very thorough.

The technicians and customer service have been great. Always kind, helpful and do a thorough job. My only issue is we've had a hard time keeping bugs out of our home, so they've had to come out quite a few times. Steven has been to our home one time prior to this service. He is always very kind and answers all of my questions. He also had no hesitations to do the outside of our home again, although he was only scheduled to do the inside. I highly recommend him.

Roy did a good job. Hit some specific areas to address some problem areas. Aptive folks are always helpful.

)I was very happy with the service I received from Francisco Calderon this last weekend on 10/07/17. This was my 2nd visit so far and all seems to be good.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Aptive. Laakeem Henderson was most recent technician that came to my home. He was very pleasant and conciencious. I love that Aptive products are safe for my dog and us. And when some plants in my yard became infested, I called to see if they had a product to take care of it and they came and treated before my scheduled quarterly treatment no charge.

Service Tech was very professional and friendly. Explained the treatment and what he noticed and what to expect. I believe I mad a smart decision by choosing Aptive.
