As a first time user I'm impressed! Ben Calderon arrived ontime and was very helpful. We explained to him what bug issues we've been having and he did his thing. Overall it took him about 50 minutes and I'm looking forward to being bug free!

Our technician was Gerardo Navarro, he was very professional and polite. He took time before the treatment AND afterwards to go over every step, what he found while treating and what we can expect going forward. He arrived mid-way through the time window and only took about 30 minutes to treat our whole home and yard. Regularly the service is pretty expensive but, we got a good deal the day we signed up which made the on-going service roughly $1.30/day with tax, really affordable to be rid of the spiders and ants!

It was my first time using Aptive and from the initial contact with the company to our first service call, the staff has been extremely professional, courteous and explained everything that was going to take place. My service pro that came to my house (Aaron Hill) was awesome! He explained everything and was done in a very timely manner. Would most definitely recommend the service to family, neighbors and friends.

As a first time user I was very impressed. Antonio Harvey arrived on time and was even willing to trade times with a neighbor who needed the earlier time. I especially liked how he cleaned all around the outside of the house with a long brush thing. It looks great. He explained how to deal with the granules and what to expect as far as insect control. Great job!

So far so good. I like the professionalism of the aptive personnel I met thus far. the technician, Justin Senter, did a great job explaining what will be done on the first visit and the following ones. He was cordial and professional.

His name is Antonio Harvey and he was very friendly. We believe he did a great job. It was also Memorial Day but they had so much new service he agreed to work the holiday. Thanks Antonio!

Just had my home sprayed for the first time by Aptive. Aaron the tech was amazing. First he explained everything to me what he was going to do around the house. He was polite and super nice to my son and puppies. Second, he made sure to get all the areas I was worried about. He even saved me from a wasp nest on my trash can!!! Friday would have been a real shocker if he didn't find that. Thank you Aaron and Aptive!
