Great Service Calls... Aptive employees explain what there doing and how the treatments are suppose to work, with constant reassurance that you can call and have any additional questions answered.

Josh arrived on time. He discussed with me what he was going to do, asked if I needed anything else. He moved throughout the premises quickly and efficiently completed his tasks in a professional manner.

An upbeat, friendly, and professional sales representative stopped by my home offering pest control services. His name is Colby Markowski. I explained to Colby that I would like to do research on Aptive, and I'd get back with him. He followed up with me the very next day. Upon my authorization, Colby quickly had a contract prepared, emailed to me, and scheduled my first appointment within 24 hours of our first interaction. He certainly is on top of his game and a dedicated sales representative.

The service technician who visited my home was extremely professional. He did a thourough job of filling me in on what to expect during a service call. The technicians name is Gabriel Gibson. Although it was the end of the day, Gabriel did not seem rushed. He made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to choose Aptive.

Laakeem Henderson did a thorough job covering all the items listed as needed. I did a quick look around and did not find any nest and all appeared good . I felt confident that Laakeem would do a top notch job when he arrived at my house, rung the bell and introduced himself as the Technician from Aptive there to treat my yard and areas close to the house. He also inquired if I had any special concerns he could address. Job well done from start to finish. Thanks!

The black ants have been driving me crazy eating my flowers, etc.. I tell every exterminator that, but usually nothing changes. The Carl Crowley gets my nod of approval. This is the first review I have ever written about anything online.

I will be recommending your company because of his attitude and just extreme level of detail in providing a great service to us. The overall experience with this company was great.

He called to notify when he'd arrive, he was pleasant, and fast at his work. I felt he listened to my concerns and dealt with them properly.

Antonio H. performed our first service with Aptive. He arrived on the scheduled time, was very knowledgeable and professional. Since we had not used Aptive Environmental before, we had a lot of questions, which Antonio was very happy to answer for us. He also did a very thorough job.

D'Anthony M. called 30 minutes prior to scheduled arrival as promised by Aptive customer service. Our house had initial service on Friday, but shortly after they left, we found a spot we forgot to mention to the techs. Called the next day (Saturday) and D'Anthony came by Wednesday. He did a great job following through on Aptive's warranty call. He was patient and thorough. Very satisfied with the service call.

The service professional, Mike M did an excellent job after we started getting wasp problems everywhere. He took time and extra care spraying hard to reach places. The professional was very knowledgeable and courteous.

Clinton Snider was my Technician and I could not be more pleased. Super professional and courteous, he knew what he was talking about and I could not be more pleased.. definitely give them a try..
