Hakeem Ibraheem came out to my house today to treat for German roaches. He was incredibly helpful and supportive to treating our house both inside and in the garage. His service was top notch!!!!

I am very pleased with the service of Mr.Hakeem Ibraheem when he came in today to do the service. He was very polite and answered all questions which i had regarding the service. Very professional . I will give him 10/10.

Carlos Miranda was very professional and thoroughly explained everything related to my pest control service.

I switched from another exterminating service because of the additional treatments aptive offered...my initial service was completed by Jerry and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt like he took the time to actually look for issues that may need addressing. I'm a new customer, but so far, I'm impressed!

Alex provided and excellent service and very professional. He arrived on time and explained all the steps very well.

Carlos M. came out for our initial treatment. He arrived right when the appointment was scheduled and clearly explained what he would be doing and how the quarterly treatments would be scheduled. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable about all the steps and treatments he was putting inside and outside of my home. I highly recommend aptive!

A business can thrive only if they have integrity and never shy away from problems. Sorry, Aptive Pest Control, you can never be that kind of business. You have two no-show, billed me twice for the initial service, wasted my time on the phone again and again. What's worse, I called to speak to the manager about cancellation yesterday and he never called back. He did cancel my account altogether and my schedule appointment, but he never informed me. I ended up wasting my afternoon for another no-show. Sigh...

These guys were really good at what they do, I would recommend them to anyone who hates bugs, roaches, spiders. Straight to the point and all business, special shout out to Colton S. For taking care of those wasps nest for me... Pretty sure the kids will appreciate it as well.

Tillman was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable, polite and personable, as well as efficient and thorough. I appreciated his expertise. his patience with my questions, and his sense of humor - thanks for everything!

I also want to give a shout out to the area manager who came by to introduce me to Aptive. He was honest, straight-forward, and looked me in the eye when he talked to me. He gave me an incredible deal, which I wasn't expecting at all, and followed through on his word.

I would recommend Aptive to everyone looking for professionalism and efficiency in pest control. I actually look forward to them coming back! :)
