Laakeem Henderson provided excellent service. He was professional, thorough and very knowledgeable. I an a new client and was pleased with the service.

Lakeem was nice, very polite as well as knowledgeable. I would like to have the same Technician come every time, if possible.
However, he didn't leave any exterior rat/mice traps & I wasn't sure if insecticide was applied to garage exterior for crawling pest activity. I just think this is a communication issue between the sales representative & technician.

Our Tech was Wyndham, and he did a very through job! We were very happy with his work! He swept clean all the areas overhead that had spider webs. First he told us all the different options available and most importantly he listed to us as to what we wanted and the particular problems we had. Then he did a wonderful job, addressing all the things we had told him. Highly recommend him!

We had Luis Rodriguez and he did a great job and was very professional. We are very happy with this service.

Unfortunately we cannot remember technician's name. But he was very professional and did a great job explaining what he had done and a first-rate job.

Aptive always do a great job, communication is easy and they are always accommodating to any changes in schedule or extra visits. We just had our last service by Luis Rodriguez who was polite and efficient!

Kenneth arrived on time and was pleasant and professional. Prior to the extermination, Kenneth did an excellent job of explaining what insects and areas would be treated, as well as reviewing the Aptive contract agreement in detail. Kenneth did a very thorough and neat job of exterminating the interior, as well as the exterior. Glad we came back to Aptive!!

Darius Miller explained everything he planned on doing during his visit today. He completed the job quickly but carefully.

Today Klint Knecht performed my initial service as a new Aptive customer. I am very satisfied with the thoroughness of Klint's work. He thoroughly explained all the areas to be treated and then carefully applied the pesticides. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly.

Darius Miller went above and beyond by continuing to complete the job even after it start to pour down raining.

My technician was polite. He came to the door and introduced himself as Eric Odlin, He did the job quickly and at the end said goodby and asked if there was anything else to be done.

I liked that he came to the front door to announce his arrival, what he was going to do, basically how he was going to do it. He was businesslike and totally polite. Then he went about doing his job in a professional manner that did not disrupt anything going on in the house.
