David Hendrix was a great technician. He arrived about 15 min prior to my scheduled appt, which was great! He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He walked me through the whole process and did the job fast!

Gonzalo called and said he was about an hour away. I told him I was leaving within 15 minutes, but really needed the inside of my house sprayed. He came to my house to spray right away, that way I could be here to let him in. I appreciated his willingness to put my house over his next appointment, for my convenience.

Gonzalo came on 3/3 to preform a quarterly service. He was very polite and understanding about the kids. My little toddler kept following him around and he had no problem. Highly recommend Aptive!!!

Crayvon C. was very professional and friendly. He quickly serviced our home and answered and questions/concerns I had.

Michael B. came bright and early on Sat 11/19. He was extremely polite and friendly as he provided our quarterly service. He specified the types of treatments he did and also offered to spray inside the house. I asked him to spray inside the garage and he kindly obliged even though it took him some extra time. Overall, I'm highly satisfied with the service I have received from this company and would definitely recommend them to a friend.
