Chris C. came today to treat my house. He was very respectful; of my house, my pets, my children, as well as to me. I look forward to seeing him again! We answered all of my questions with knowledge and complete answers. He took the time to show us the ant mounds that he treated, so we could make sure the dog avoids them. He was a polite and professional, doing an excellent job. Thanks - Diane H.

It has been a long time since we had a conpany come out to exterminate and Carlos did a amazing job. He was informative, explained everything he was going to do before he started and answered any questions we had. We did not like the last complany we had from the start but Aptive is starting out excellent.

My name is Randy S. Aptive was a very professional experience. Carlos was extremely thorough and explained the service he performed and why. Very knowledgeable and pleasant personality. Glad they were in our neighborhood and offered their service to us.

The solicitor seemed genuine. Prior to Aptive spraying, we had not seen any roaches. Since then (1 week), we have killed 6! The spray is supposed to kill them. It has NOT!

The guy didn't even finish the job. Hecwas supposed to put granules in the yard for fleas and did not do it. He was also supposed to deweb the spider webs. He started it on our front porch and did not finish. He didn't even touch the back porch. VERY disappointed and would NOT recommend them to ANYONE

I am happy to say, a week post extermination I have not been seeing any spiders creeping about...lol! The technician was very thorough and courteous. I would like to reach out to Brandon ( A.K.A. Technician) and say, " You did a great job and We welcome you back for our quarterly... God Speed!

Shayla came over JIT (just in time) as I was in the market for a great pest control provider and she did not disappoint. Very professional and personal, a pleasure to work with. She got me set up immediately and scheduled the field tech the same day.



Jerry Bales came over right away and was equally pleasant and professional. Meeting our needs in a timely fashion. Jerry was thorough in his inspection and treatment of our home and exterior areas! What a great team and a great provide!

We were very pleased with the service we received from Aptive today. Clinton was very thorough. He was careful to explain everything to us as well as check to see if we had any special requests or concerns.

I was impressed with the technicians being so knowledgeable with the company's products. They were very professional and articulate answering my questions. Then they swept away cobwebs, a mud dauber nest and two wasp nests. Eww. They worked quickly and thoroughly. I would like Mark H. or Patrick P. to handle all of my quarterlies. They're the best.

I had 3 individuals come out this evening, 7pm actually. Joey G, Courtney C, and Markez I. came out and covered my home with some bug killing goodness. Joey was very thorough in cleaning all my metal shudders and getting all of the spider webs while Courtney laid bug traps in all of he requested areas. Markez sprayed all the special spots that we thought had the highest traffic of floor dwellers and then got all the nooks and crannies with some bug spray goodness.

This is the 3rd time they've been out in a 7 week period. I love my wife and enjoy a happy life. Thanks for getting all the bugs that were bugging my wife!

Brandon M. did our first service today shortly after we signed up. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He explained the terms of the contract, provided contacts if I needed them and then treated our home and yard. When he finished he again knocked to let me know he had finished, what he had done and what I needed to do. Thanks again, Brandon. Well done!

We had our first service with Active and the man who came was wonderful. I was so impressed with Alex G who came to do our yard. He was so polite and explained thoroughly just what he was going to be doing. He even asked if we had any vegetables growing in the yard and the product he was going to use would kill them and he would be sure not to put them in that area. Very thoughtful!!! Plus we have dogs and he made sure the gate to the backyard was secured and I really appreciate that. I think we will be very happy with this company.

Mark H. and Patrick P. were at my home this afternoon for my initial treatment. They were both very friendly, efficient and informative.

They both were very well-mannered. They called first, explained

everything before they started, they worked speedily as a team and went over everything they did when they finished. I am very pleased that I signed up for this service. Very happy I had workers that spoke English and gave good service!!!!

Just switched to Aptive and had our first service today, Kevin H. was awesome, very friendly and informative! So far very pleased with Aptive and glad we made the switch :)

Mark J came to spray my home for pest. My scheduled time was 1:00-3:00 he arrived at 12:45 which was a pleasant surprise. He was very polite and answered all the questions we had, and provided an excellent service. Very clean and professional. Highly recommend aptive!

Carlos handled our pest control of our home and did an excellent job. I would have Carlos come back and do our home again.

Jerry Bale did my home and yard today and did an excellent job that exceeded my expectations. He did exactly what and where I asked. He would not even accept the tip I offered saying it was against the rules. very honest and environmentally responsible. I got a year contract at very reason price. Great job aptive and thank you Jerry Bale for doing such an outstanding job today.

Kevin and Alex did an amazing job and great first impression for Aptive. Kevin and Alex spent a lot of time explaining about the different pests and what to expect. Both kept me updated on how much longer the treatment would be.

Travis C and Clarissa set me up. They were very nice and easy to talk to. Brandon M came and did my first visit. He amazed me with his hard work in a long sleeve shirt with another shirt underneath in Texas heat. I would like to recommend single layer, wicking material, short sleeved shirts and cotton or wicking material shorts for these guys. It is torture to wear all that heavy cover in this sun. I would have liked to see him have a spreader or broadcasterms for the granules in the yard instead of by hand. He did a great job cleaning the eaves!

Carlos Miranda was really good and super fast I was surprised. He explained the process and answered all of my questions. I would really recommend Aptive to everyone.
