Levelt was smart, very experienced and had solutions to our pest control issues. He raised issues to our attention to fully address the ongoing pests in our home. Extremely professional. Very pleased. Absolutely recommend your company and Levelt.

Larry and Morris were friendly, professional and did an excellent job. They listened to my concerns and were able to tell me what was going on. They insured me that the problem would be fixed.

Was having problems with brown recluse spiders and had hired another pest agency. After one visit we were still seeing live spiders. After hiring Aptive we were excited to save money but even happier the spiders were dead! On the second visit we were impressed with Carnell's thoroughness and knowledge. He took over an hour to take care of the outside of the home yesterday, and today we aren't being eaten alive by mosquitos!

Morris was great, friendly, informative and did a wonderful job. Would love to have him back. See you in the fall Aptive.

Impressive salesperson and Service Pro Benjamin. They were polite, informed and accommodating in presenting and applying service. Everything was thoroughly explained before any signing-on.

Aptive did a very thorough job in treating my home and yard. When Larry came to our home in July he was friendly and polite. He questioned me on pests and pointed out some I did not know were here. He also got rid of the many many spider webs that I was trying to eliminate prior to his arrival. I hope all of Aptive's employees are as great as Larry.

Couldn't be more pleased with our first service call. Technician was early for appointment and was a wealth of knowledge about the critters he needed to control for us. His name is Larry and he is top notch. Wish everybody that came to our home for service was as professional as Larry. My highest recommendation. Glad I'm not a bug.

I just had Morris come out for a in between service spray. He not sprayed the basement but laid done traps to catch spiders and other creepy crawlers when they come out at night. I couldn't be more pleased with his level of service and professionalism!
