The service agent - Carvin H - arrived early (a nice surprise), explained everything in detail, and was friendly and extremely courteous and professional throughout the process. He seemed very diligent in what he was doing, so we're hoping for a great improvement (reduction!) in mosquito action in our back yard. Time will tell. Top marks, though, for service.

Aptive was here bright and early as promised for my first treatment. Javon was a very nice guy and very professional. He was packed up to leave when I mentioned some wasp nests under the patio roof and he got out the equipment and removed the nests.

Carvin our technician was extremely polite and professional. We received a call and an email with a time window the day before service and Carvin was right on time at the beginning of that window.

Larry was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I was impressed with his ability to explain what he did, and take care of cleaning up the bugs.

Larry was our service pro for our initial treatment. This man was awesome. He pointed out problems that we didn't even know we had and dealt with them. (The horseflies are already finding new accommodations, haven't seen a wasp all day either). It's been about 28 hours since the initial treatment now and even though he said it would take 7-10 days to really clear up the problems....I haven't seen an ant all day and we had a really bad problem in the backyard. Thanks Larry.

This was a call back from our initial treatment because of some construction that was done. Larry was very professional and courteous along with another technician with him. He explained all that was done and confirmed their guarantee. So far my experience with Aptive and Larry was positive

Larry is my Service Pro. He is very professional and makes sure to find out any and all pest problems that I may be having so they can be addressed.
