Javon is the best!!! He did all the things to help us keep the bugs away including knocking down all of my spider webs!!

Kevin and javon came today and were nothing but nice, friendly, professional, and just absolutely wonderful! They knew exactly what they were doing!

Carvin our technician was extremely polite and professional. We received a call and an email with a time window the day before service and Carvin was right on time at the beginning of that window.

Larry was professional, courteous, and knowledgable. I was impressed with his ability to explain what he did, and take care of cleaning up the bugs.

Larry was our service pro for our initial treatment. This man was awesome. He pointed out problems that we didn't even know we had and dealt with them. (The horseflies are already finding new accommodations, haven't seen a wasp all day either). It's been about 28 hours since the initial treatment now and even though he said it would take 7-10 days to really clear up the problems....I haven't seen an ant all day and we had a really bad problem in the backyard. Thanks Larry.

I'm usually skeptical of door-to-door salesmen, especially those who claim to have a great deal and "guys working in the area", but we had just moved into our home and hadn't yet arranged for this type of service. The sales associate did have a great promo to offer so I thought I'd see about those guys working on my area. As it turns out, I was able to get dame-day service. Carnell was right on time. We walked my property and he pointed out a few things. He swept the eaves, treated inside my garage and spent 15 or 20 minutes thoroughly treating the perimeter of our home and property. Carnell checked in once more when he was finished and reported back to me what he had seen during treatment. From there, he let me know when my next treatment would be and was on his way with a smile, a handshake and a thank you. This is the type of service I jump online and write a review about... and refer to friends and family.

This was a call back from our initial treatment because of some construction that was done. Larry was very professional and courteous along with another technician with him. He explained all that was done and confirmed their guarantee. So far my experience with Aptive and Larry was positive

Larry is my Service Pro. He is very professional and makes sure to find out any and all pest problems that I may be having so they can be addressed.

My service pro was Luke S. I was very impressed by how prompt the service was after having signed up only the day before. Luke was very professional and easy to talk to. The service was quick and efficient and he made sure to go over all the info I needed! He cleared 13 wasp nests from the eves of my house in less than 30 minutes. I am highly impressed with Aptive and my service pro Luke and highly recommend this company!
