We recently had our first experience with Aptive, and it was a positive one. The technician, Elbert, was prompt, professional, and explained everything he was going to do. Can't think of a negative thing to say.

Alex was very informative on everything he was doing with my home. He explained everything he was doing and did it in a timely manner.

This was our 30 day follow up appointment and our technician was Elbert. He was very courteous, rang the doorbell and asked if we were having any problems. I was still seeing ants on the sidewalk around the house after our initial service. When he referenced our previous technician's notes, he said they did not treat specifically for ants. I was a little confused, as during the sales pitch we received from the door to door salesman, he told me the initial treatment covered every type of insect and they treat a larger perimeter than the average pest control company. The salesman also promised to replace all of my rodent bait stations for free, which they didn't have on the truck during our initial service. Elbert made everything right, by specifically treating for ants, replacing my outdoor rodent bait station and treating my siding and eves for wasps. Upon applying the dust to the vinyl siding in the back of the house, he was attacked by about 15 wasps. He had to jump off the ladder to avoid being stung. I was concerned for his safety and he simply replied, "that is my job." Many thanks to Elbert for your excellent service today and glad the wasps didn't sting you!!

Yader Reyes was the technician who performed the services at our home today. He was very professional, polite, and went above and beyond with the services he did in comparison with the company that has been spraying our lawn for the past two years. Cavin was my service Pro today. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He sprayed the whole outside and explained very clearly what we should expect to see going forward as far a bugs, spiders, wasps, etc. My husband was hesitant to spray inside the house as he is not a fan of chemicals inside the house. Carvin reassured him and said that he only uses environmentally friendly products. If he changed his mind he would gladly come back free of charge. He did all of that with a big smile in his face (in a 100+ degrees outside). Outstanding service. Love it!

Carvin H. took care of our pesky bugs today, and was a great representative for Aptive. He met me with a smile, was 100% friendly (even with 100+ degree weather), asked what our needs were, and explained the services that he provided in detail. Aptive is lucky to have him!p.s.: Coincidentally, I was driving from an errand and followed him to my house for about two miles. He even drives well which is a huge pet peeves of mine, thus he further sets a good image for Aptive!

Kevin, the service technician, was here for the first time today. He swept away all the cob webs in my garage and on the outside of my house, sprayed and hopefully no little creatures will com back. Kevin was very pleasant and helpful in explaining their services.

Prince was our tech today. Did a great job and was very polite and hardworking. Was very happy with the job.
