Benjamin from Aptive came by yesterday for our pest control treatment. His work was extremely efficient and organized. I am glad to be working with Aptive!

Our servicer Cameron O. was very thorough with what he would be doing that day and was kind enough to explain what he was doing while applying all of the treatments(indoor/outdoor). Overall I was very happy with my service. I will update this further when they come do the follow up treatment.

We had our second visit on Monday and once again received great service from Jacoby! Jacoby is always so friendly and outgoing and I love that he truly listens to my concerns. I noticed since our first visit we had carpenter bees make their home in our deck. I showed Jacoby where they were and he treated the area. So far I have been very impressed and satisfied with Aptive's products and the technician!!!

Our technician Larry was very professional, on time, and knowledgeable. The service was quick, a minor adjustment to our daily schedule.

Today was my first service call. Carnell was an absolute great

professional committed to providing quality service. He clearly reviewed to details of the service that would be provided today and what I could expect quarterly.

Cameron O. was courteous, fast, and thorough, providing us service at our home. His time management was utmost arriving exact time he said he would, professional workers, and it didn't hit my pocketbook hard. Thanks.

I was very impressed with the salesman and the serviceman. We struggle with wasp nests and he found 15 that he swept. We also live right by an undeveloped area which creates pest problems that we used to guess at how to treat and now we know that it will be dealt with competently. My only gripe was that the serviceman was over an hour late for the scheduled appointment time.

Jacob and Jacoby serviced our house for our first time using this company. Jacob was very knowledgeable about the product and service and super friendly. He also wore stuff over his shoes when entering the house to keep the floors clean. Jacoby helped service the outside and they both did an excellent job. I look forward to my next quarterly treatment to ensure my house keeps away all of the spiders and wasps over the year! - Kyle and Kali P.

Riley arrived on time and did an excellent job. There were several places in the basement where it needed an "extra shot" and Riley was more than happy to accommodate. Looking forward to no bugs for the next 90 days.

Larry was very thorough about taking care of our pest control at our home. Along with doing a great job he was friendly and very knowledgable.

Caleb did a great job. He was professional, considerate of our pets. He explained everything to us so we would understand our contract. We think we will be happy with our service with Aptive.

Carnell is awesome! His schedule was thrown off since I was added late yesterday evening, but once he arrived he was so personable and professional. He educated me on all of the services he was going to provide, and what to expect on future visits. Once he was completed, he took me to look over some of the areas he paid special attention to. Please note also the customer rep who visited me the day before (6/1/16) was fantastic as well. So friendly and respectful. If they are examples of the type of customer service this company will provide...then I plan on being a long-time customer! Job well done Carnell & Aptive!

Both the sales representative and the service technician were very knowledgeable and personable. The Service Technician "Irvelt" was so nice and didn't hesitate to answer all my questions and reassure me. I will definitely recommend this company to family and friends.
