Kevin was at my door very early within the 2 hour window, which was great, since waiting is not one of my strong points. He listened to all the concerns that I had and addressed them all. He spent a lot of time outside looking for ant trails, dusting webs and nests on the house and under the fascia and spraying and setting traps. Kevin B. was very well-mannered, nice and professional. First treatment was on done on Tuesday, Larry arrived on time and was very informative. I felt that he did a very thorough job.

Their service guy, Larry, is always friendly and checks with me prior to and after treating my yard and house. He takes the time to find out about any trouble areas that need to treated and then lets me know what he covered and ask if there is anything else I need. He even lets me know, in general, when and what to expect on the next visit. But most important for my arachnaphobic wife, they keep the 8-legged demons out of the house.

Aptive rocks every time. Richard came out and took care of our pest issues in a totally professional manner. Thanks!!

Larry was back to do my routine treatment. He continues to do a great job! Larry was professional, friendly and clearly remembers me and my specifics personally. Great customer service.

Moved out of state. Aptive said they would suspend my service and work with me when we established a new residence. 2 months later I get a notice that my account went to collections. Paid the balance and will never do business with them again. What a joke!

Drew did an excellent job. He was courteous and prompt. He answered my questions and did not treated me like I was asking stupid questions. I would recommend Aptive because of Drew. On 9/23/16 I had my first quarterly and had Larry. He was great and like Drew explained things to me and told me how long it would take. On 12/09/16 Larry did my 2nd quarterly-he was great he asked me how the pest control was doing and explained what he would be doing on this visit. He advised me how long it would take and came and told me when he was finished. He was very courteous. Had my 3rd quarterly on 3/14-Larry did great again. He asked if I had any problem, I didn't but asked if he would do garage and he did. He is always courteous and explains if I have a question.
