Luke administered our quarterly application today. He was professional and courteous. My husband requested that he do the inside of the garage, which was no problem for him. This is our second year with Aptive, and we are complete satisfied.

Very prompt and friendly service. Carvin H. explained what he was going to do prior to doing so. We also met afterwards to summarize the service he performed. Extremely respectful, friendly and upbeat attitude - regardless of how hot it was outside!!! Carvin H. defintely displayed the "WOW" factor! Would highly recommend this service to others.

I have only had one experience with Aptive so far, and all I have to say are great things! Carnell was great and very knowledgeable. I was originally told that they could spray the inside of my house with my child and pet home, but when Carnell got to my house and realized I had a newborn, he knew he couldn't spray inside, and he informed me (being a first time mom) that it wouldn't be safe. I'm so glad he told me that because I had no idea! He showed me the areas where we had ants and a wasp nest outside, and he showed me afterward that they were gone! I will be recommending Carnell for my next visit!

Fredrico Cole did an amazing job. He also inspected around the house for any wasp and other bugs. Also inspected the yard for any other things.
