Our Alterra technician, was very professional, courteous and friendly. He asked appropriate questions about areas to concentrate on as well as being careful around delicate plants and the garden. He took his job seriously and presented himself and the company well. Albin L

Andy S. took my call on the weekend and relayed information to the management team that I had a situation that needed urgent attention. He relayed the message to the management team who called me to set up an appointment to take care of the situation. It was wonderful that he took and the call on the weekend and then escalated the matter to management.
